The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between non-verbal communication among physical education instructors on emotional responses and students’ satisfaction. The method of this research, was descriptive- correlation. Statistical population includes all students participating in the general physical education unit of Imam Reza International University. 105 samples were selected randomly according to Morgan sample size table. To collect data, standard questionnaire (Jang & Yoon, 2011) was used. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by several professors and experts and reliability of the questionnaire was obtained by Cronbach's alpha for non verbal communication, emotional responses and satisfaction equal to 0.930, 0.924 and 0.496 respectively. Finally, the collected data were analyzed in two sections: descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SPSS software version 23. Finding showed that there was a significant correlation between non-verbal communication and all its components with students satisfaction variable (r= 0.822). Also, non-verbal communication components had the ability to predict 46% of the positive emotional response variable and 16% of the negative emotional response variable. On the other hand, 67% of satisfaction changes are related to positive emotional responses and 33% of satisfaction changes related to negative emotional responses. In this regard paying attention to these variables and trying to improve it can be an effective step towards better evaluation of human resources in the organization and directing them in the proper direction of providing appropriate educational services and improving the quality of their performance.

The purpose of this study was to determining the interruption factors of sponsor’s sponsorship from football club of premier league in iran .The statistical population of the study involved the sponsors of the Iranian Football League clubs. To carry out this research, 10 companies that have supported 8 clubs over the past six years and disassociated their support have been studied. A researcher-made questionnaire comprising 56 questions was used to collect the research data. its validity was confirmed by 8 experts in this field and its reliability was measured using cronbach's alpha and composite reliability, with Cronbach " s alpha coefficients for all factors higher than 0/7 and composite reliability coefficients were obtained for all factors more than 0/8. for analyzing the data and determining the effect of the variables, structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach was used by Smart PLS 3 software. The results indicated that among the nine factors considered, sponsoring companies only demonstrate five factors in discharging their support. These factors based on importance include technical factors (players and technical staff), the inadequacy of supportive incentives, economic factors, legal factors, and cultural-religious factors. Advertising factors, political factors, the inadequacy of infrastructure and management factors have also been studied, which shown not to be an effective factor, We conclude that the majority of firms that discharged their sponsorship have been dissatisfied , or at least the sponsorship of the club could not satisfy their expectations.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the state of safety o f safety of buildings and installations in Iranian professional league in the ninth league. Examples of research are equal to society which is consisting of all 16 host stadiums of professional league in championship season 88-89. The check list of this study was based on the standards of Asia Football Federation. The stability of the check list is based on the Cronbach's Alpha (α=0/93). Using descriptive statically methods (median, diagram and frequency percent) and illative (one sample test) to elaborate the information, all the data have been gathered by appearing in the stadiums. The results demonstrates that host stadiums of the ninth league in buildings and installations indicator were 0/65 safe and FooladShahr stadium in Esfahan with having 0/92 safety was considered to be the safest and Takhti stadium in BandarAnzali with having 0/36 as the least safe stadium among the others. It is considered that there is a noticeable positive discrepancy between the mean index of immunity and the average of society. According to the outcomes of the present study, it is suggested that first: specialist football stadiums should be established considering the international standards. Second: more attention is needed to the minimum capital requirements of football of country meant spectators. Also when rebuilding the present stadiums, in order to spend more honors to the spectators and also a suitable view for them, fences around the ground should be removed.
