This article aims to study practical efficiency to meet the syllabuses from physical education teachers’ viewpoints. The statistical population of this research was all physical education teachers of Tabriz that its included 650 person. The statistical sample based on Morgan table was estimated 245 teachers that 223 questionnaires were collected correctly. Sampling was done by cluster-random method. Analyzing of data was done by one sample t test and descriptive statistical method. Data collecting was done by a researcher made questionnaire included 29 items. Its validity was confirmed by 8 physical education and sport science specialists and experts. Reliability of this questionnaire was estimated 0/72 by Alpha- Cronbach. The results showed that there is differences between the goals of practical courses of physical education with public goals of physical education from the teacher’s viewpoint. Practical courses of physical education can’t meet the requirements of physical education in schools. And finally there is significant difference between the match of courses and the teachers’ requirements. Based on results, the courses of physical education needs to necessary and basic revise to match with physical education in schools.

Present study was to find the relationship between customer relationship management (CRM) and productivity in Qazvin's sport clubs. This study is a descriptive - correlation study and statistical population included all managers of Qazvin's sport clubs whether private or public, including the 110 club, due to the limited number of statistical population, all members of statistical population were selected as the sample population. In this study two questionnaires to gather the needed information the customer relationship management (CRM) and productivity were used. For data analysis the application of spss v.17 is used and statistical tests used in this study, in addition to the descriptive test, was Pearson correlation and stepwise multiple regression test. Correlation coefficient of two variables, customer relationship management (CRM) and have productivity, also in cases of customer relationship management (CRM) dimensions and productivity shows a significant relationship (p=0/018, r=0/479). Also, using stepwise multiple regression identified variables and the proportion customer relationship management (CRM) Dimensions and predict changes in the productivity of sports clubs is about 34 percent (p=0/001, a=0/01, F=47/11). Based on the results above, it can be said that the sports clubs of customer relationship management at a higher level, they had higher productivity.

The main purpose of this research was to survey and cognition of the relation between organizational trust and its components with productivity which is assessed in the departments of Sports and Youth in Ardebil Province .This research was descriptive correlation which was carried out by a field method. The population in this study, all employees of the department and departments of youth and sport of Ardebil province that they were 100 persons and all of the samples were considered as equal to number of population. According to the research objectives, two questionnaires, Organizational Trust, Human Resource Productivity were used to data collection. the questionnaires were prepared of the dissertation Layeghi (2011) and Shafiei (2011). The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the masters of sport management and reliability of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability coefficient was (Organizational Trust 0.92, Human Resource Productivity 0.86). for the statistical analysis, the descriptive and inferential statistical methods (Kolmogorov Smirnov test, Pearson correlation, multiple regression) were used. Ultimately, according to the findings of the research, showing that four indicators, competency, reliability, truth and organizational commitment, have positive and meaningful relation with productivity.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to model the relationship between creativity, customer relationship management and customer loyalty management and sports clubs.Methodology: The study was descriptive and correlation. The population was all managers of Isfahans fitness and sport clubs. The number of directors was estimated to be 220. A sample population of 140 randomly selected clusters of the city. The data from questionnaires creativity, customer relationship management and customer loyalty were used. After the face and content validity was confirmed by experts. Through test-retest reliability was calculated for each of three questionnaires (α =0.91, 0.93, 0.89), respectively. In order to compare the results of regression and structural equation modeling was used. All data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL. Results: The results show that path analysis presenting a model of the relationship between creativity managers and customer relationship management with customer loyalty favorable model. Conclusion: Since innovation and creativity, the ability to combine ideas or create continuity between the ideas, therefore, managers must be innovative ways to communicate with customers more loyal customers consider.

The purpose of this survey was to study the relationship between Organizational Justice and each of its dimentions with the Effectivenes of Responsible Experts of Physical Education Office in Administration Departments in Great Khorasan. This is based on descriptive-corrolational study and 65 participants consisted of all Responsible Experts of Physical Education Office in Administration Departments in great Khorasan took part in the first half year of 1391. In relation to field method, three questionnaires under rubric of questionnaire of demographic characteristics(r= 89%) Nihof & Moorman's organizational justice questionnaire and Hamidi's effectiveness questionnaire(r = 90%) were used. descriptive statistical techniques were used to categorize raw scores, draw table and graphs. Inferentioal statistics, Kolmogrov-Sminov test, an Spearman's correlation coeffcient were employed to understand the normal distribution of data and to study the Relationship between Organizational Justice and the Effectiveness and onesample t test(to determine amount of Organizational Justice and the Effectiveness) of Responsible Experts of Physical Education Office in Administration Department in great Khorasan. According to the results, The mean of organizational justice score is (2/85±0/471) and the mean of Effectiveness is (3/07±0/416). There was a statistical relationship between Organizational Justice and each of its dimentions (distributional justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice) with Effectiveness. Also, there isn’t an optimal level of Organizational Justice and effectiveness in Administration Department in great Khorasan. According to the findings of the research, Organizational Effectiveness in Administration Departments in Great Khorasan can be improved by more attention to organizational justice.

Abstract The main purpose of this research was to examined the relationship between self-esteem and attitude to sport among women. Research method, is the correlation method based on analysis of covariance matrix. The population is women aged 15-29 in Yasouj that its size is 10024 people in which 240 cases were selected using multistage random sampling method. Research instruments for sport participation and attitude to sport are two researcher-made questionnaires and research tool for physical self-esteem is Cash’s physical self-esteem (CPSES) that the validity were measure through construct validity using factor analysis. To Calculate the reliability coefficient of the research instruments Kuder-Richardson is used which for the sport participation scale is .71, and Cronbach alpha for the attitude to sport scale which is .87 and the physical self-esteem scale is .75. Descriptive results of the study showed that women’s sports participation is low. The analytical findings using structural equation model according to RMSEA= %4 (showed that) physical self-esteem and attitude to sport are able to explain 54% of the variance of women’s sport participation. The research conclusion is that cultural barriers have a significant role in women's limited sports participation and in regard to the importance of sport participation for women, changing of some cultural patterns is necessary.

This study aims to investigate feasibility of ecotourism and sports tourism in Kurdistan. The material ofthis study is a descriptive survey and based on objective is of applicable. The research populationcomprising: sport expert agencies and cultural heritage and tourism office of Kurdistan, that 48 subjectsworked with researchers. The assessment tool is a questionnaire. The reliability coefficient ofquestionnaire is obtained 0.87 that is desired and acceptable. The result of study show that Nesar’smountains protected area of Bijar, Qezel- uzan river, Ghamchaghi castle(Salavat Abad village).arerespectively priority of Bijar’s ecotourism, and Zariwar lake, Awraman village, the forests of Marivan,Piazhe’s mountains and Mianeh are respectively priority of Marivan’s ecotourism, the result of the factoranalysis show that Zariwar lake in Marivan and Nesar mountains and protected areas of Bijar have thehighest power in sport tourism ,that were identified by the order of load factor with power ofBoating(0.89), ski(0.84),water skiing(0.81),walking to the mountain(0.701)and hiking(0.78). AccordingTo results of this study, we suggest that with investment in making the sport‘s places with a fullcomplement of safety, especially equipped the installations and holding of National and internationalsports competitions in ski , walking to the mountain, hiking, water skiing and boating can be effective stepto attract tourists to this area.

The aim of present research is to identify the obstacles and challenges of university students' sports marketing at Physical Education department ofPayame Noor university. This research was a descriptive analytical research. The statiscal populations were Director Generals of Physical Education department, deputies, Physical Education faculty members active in field of strategy and Heads of departments physical education Payam Noor were provinces, which total of 50 people. The purpose of this study was to investigate the economic factors affecting the success of selected countries participating in the 2019 CISM Competition. The purpose of this study was descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of this study is 117 countries that participated in this competition, from which 15 countries were selected as a statistical sample. Findings showed that the correlation coefficient between the variables is positive and significant. The relationship between unemployment variables and Gini coefficient with performance is significant. But there is no significant relationship between GDP and inflation with performance. The results obtained from regression show that 64.5% of the changes in the dependent variable are explained by independent variables and the remaining 35.5% are related to other factors that were not examined in this test. Also, the findings of the structural equation model showed that unemployment and Gini coefficient have a significant effect on the sporting success of selected countries participating in CISM at the level of (0.01). The results also showed that GDP and inflation do not have a significant effect on the sporting success of selected countries participating in the CIS.

The aim of present study is to develop structural model of organizational innovation based on organizational happiness among staff of Ministry of Sport and Youth. This research is descriptive-correlation research. and is a field research. The population were all employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth (N =890), that according to Krejcie & Morgan table 396 were selected randomly. Measurement tools were organizational innovation questionnaire of Jimenez et. al (2008) and organizational happiness questionnaire of Hill and Argyle (2002). Content validity of both questionnaires confirmed by 15 Sport Managment professors and reliability through Cronbach's alpha test in an early example of 30 number for organizational innovation and organizational happiness were respectively equal to α=0/928 and α=0/94. All data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling using SPSS23 and LISREL8.5. Results of the present study indicated that structural model of organizational innovation based on organizational happiness confirmed that all of the questions except questions 6 and 13 have a significant effect on developing structural model (p < 0/01). Fitting indicators of structural model is proper and organizational innovation could have significant effect on organizational happiness among staff of Ministry of Sport and Youth (p < 0/01, T= 11/19, β= 0/64).

The purpose of this study was the effect of organizational governance on employees innovative behavior in ministry of sports and youth of iran with role modertor trust orgonazition. The research method was descriptive survey and it is one type of apply research. The statistical population included all employees the ministry of sports and youth that their number was 400 people through proportional stratified random sampling, and 230 people were selected as statistical sample. For data collection we used to three questionnaires of innovative behaviour scott and bruce (1994), organizational governance hatamleh (2017), and orgonazition trust paliszkiewicz (2010). For data analyze, we used to structural equation modeling (SEM) and path analysis by the amos24 software. The results of the research showed that there is a positive relationship between organizational governance and innovative behavior. Also, the role of organizational trust moderating variable in the relationship between the dimensions of organizational governance and innovative behavior is confirmed. Therefore, managers of sports organizations, along with the necessary steps to improve organizational governance indicators, should try to make changes in the structure, processes, culture, technology and their strategies, strengthen trust in the organizational space and provide stakeholders with trust in the organization, to cause the updated their employees' innovative behavior.

The purpose of this study was designing Strategic Factors Model for Attracting and Expanding Sponsors in public and championship sports Ilam Province.This study is a combination of consecutive-heuristic type.Statistical population was 16 experts in qualitative stage and 121 in qualitative stage.The measuring tools were semi-structured in the qualitative part of the interview and in the quantitative part the researcher made the questionnaire.Orientation analysis was used for qualitative data analysis and structural equation modeling was used for quantitative data.The results of the qualitative section showed that the main focus of the research was the strategic factors affecting the attraction and expansion of sponsors in Ilam's public and championship sports.Government,cultural,media,legal and social factors,social factors,organizational factors,political factors,mediaengagement,experttraining,sponsorshipthreats,sponsorship improvement laws,sponsorship development, sponsor recruitment framework The benefits of sponsorship for Sponsors and the benefits of Sponsorship for Society in Five Categories Solutions are causal, contextual, interventionist, strategies and outcomes.Quantitative findings also showed that causal conditions(β = 0.78,t = 22.72), background(β=0.28,t =34/34).Intervention(β=0.31,t =5.17) influence the strategic factors influencing the attraction and expansion of sponsors. Barriers to attracting and expanding sponsors had a significant effect on strategies (t = 7.94, β = 0.41)and outcomes strategies(t = 41.81,β = 0.86).The result can be said causal, contextual, and confounding conditions can influence the strategic factors affecting the attraction and expansion of sponsors, and sport and related organizations in this province can formulate appropriate strategies to the desired consequences in increasing the sponsorship in the country.Achieve this province's sport

The purpose of this research is to identify the components of symbolic capital and to examine the relationship between the capital and consumer purchasing behavior in sporting goods stores. This research is descriptive-survey. In the section of identifying the components of the symbolic capital of the statistical society, 19 university professors and university experts have been investigated. The information collected was analyzed using Delphi technique. In the next step, to examine the relationship between symbolic capital components and consumer purchasing behavior, customers of sporting goods stores in Zahedan city were selected as the statistical population of the study. Regarding the general nature of the research community, the research sample is multi-stage clustered and 384 people (Cronbach's alpha for symbolic capital and purchasing behavior questionnaire respectively were 0.82 and 0.89.(The research findings for the main question and also the relation between symbolic capital and the behavior before, during and after purchase were respectively 0.91, 0.92,0.91 and 0.89 . the more people have symbolic capital, The more people with symbolic capital, the more they get information from the media and other people before buying sports equipment, and interact symbolically with more people, and compare sports equipment with alternative sports equipment and contain similar symbolic concepts. The purpose of this study was to analyze the environmental and organizational factors affecting the aggression and violence of the volleyball spectators in Iran. The statistical society and also the samples were the organizers of the competition and the staff of the Premier League volleyball teams of Iran in 2016 and 2017 were 149 in total. A researcher-made questionnaire of 46 questions was used that it’s face and content validity was confirmed by 15 sports management stakeholders and it’s construct validity was confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated with Cronbach's alpha (0.88). Data analyzed with confirmatory factor analysis and exploratory factor analysis using SPSS and AMOS softwares. According to the Friedman test, the Xi value of 17/005 with the degree of freedom 3 and the significance level of 0.001 with 95% confidence that it could be stated that there is a significant difference between the priority of factors affecting the abnormal behaviors of volleyball spectators and among environmental factors, respectively, the priority of three factors of conditions of places, safety and control and welfare services and among organizational factors, respectively, three factors of competition sensitivity. , Culture and planning and implementation of the competition as effective components on the aggression and violence of volleyball spectators in Iran and explain the need for proper management of the tournament.

The purpose of this research is design the maturity model of knowledge management based on business strategies in Iranian sports. The research approach is functionalism; it is a descriptive survey based on the purpose.The statistical society was the entire elite of the sports management of the universities and the specialists of the entire sports and youth departments of the country. The questionnaire for indicators of maturity model codes Jami Pour et al. (1393) and the questionnaire of the maturity model of knowledge management is consistent with business strategies Jami Pour et al. (1393) were used.Data analysis was performed using SPSS and Amos. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to determine the normality of the statistical society; the binomial test to determine the maturity level of the indices; the calculated value to determine the capability of the indices; and the formula for the percentage of puberty to determine the level and total percentage of puberty; and, structural equation modeling to determine the structural equation model of KM indicators matched with business strategies in Iranian sport was used. The results showed that the maturity level of knowledge management is consistent with business strategies of 69.13%. Strategic, organizational and huma, and technical and content dimensions have a significant effect on business. Therefore, to target the use of knowledge, and to organize the stages and levels of its development, understanding the status of knowledge management and determining the factors influencing decision making, in order to apply and improve knowledge management in line with the business is nessessary.

The purpose of this study is evaluation of effecting factors implementation of Article 88 of the Financial Regulation Law Office of Youth and Sports in the government of Alborz province in terms of athletic and head of delegation. They were familiar to researching, selected as statistical population. The method used in this study was according to theoretical bases if the study and after gathering preliminary research on factor affecting on Article 88 of the regulation on the part of the government’s fiscal rules for determining the validity of 20 faculty members and Ph.D. students were included. Then exploratory factor was used to determine the validity. Exploratory factor was extracted from the institutional and organizational factors in economic performance, social services and cultural factor sector; NGOs are influenced in the implementation. According to the Friedmen test, respectively institutional and organizational factors are priories (4.16) performance of social services (4.09) economic (4.01) NGOs (3.84) and cultural (3.72) were introduced. The successful implementation of this provision appears to require the legal political and cultural ideal should provide assistance and legal aspects of the sport and youth provided by the manager to be on the right track.

The purposive of study was content analysis of 90 TV Sport program in 2008-2009. The population was the all of the program in during of a Iran Football Superleage.The sample was purposive and The program were broadcast in during the second semi ssesean of super league in 2008-09. Content analysis was performed with preparation of coddingsheet and codifying instruction , and operational definitions from the categories with three units of program, item, and subject. The findings showed : 77% of the subjects given in the program were related to main subjects while 23% were related to secondary subjects .In 78% of the subjects the performer had no objection and in 96% of the subject there was no verbal confrontation between the performed and the guest. The role of marginal subjects in live programs is twice more than that in recorded programs the trend of program is more focused and managerial subjects having a critical position toward managers and technical staffs of the teams and a fair trend toward the players and umpires . Using 37% of mocking tone in a serious and live TV program would show the program to be highly critical and clamorous. Mocking free critical and using the experts in different sport fields would help the improvement of the program and would be highly effective in preservation on the program.

This Paper aims to identify and rank the barriers of Track and Field development in Markazi Province and offering strategy based on network analysis process (NAP). Statistical population and samples were 100 experts. Data collection was a researcher- made questionnaire, to identify obstacles and bringing up the solutions it was used process network analysis and TOPSIS. For validity and reliability of questionnaire ratio of validity content (CVR) was used. According to NAP the following order of priority identified as the main barriers: facilities and resources, organizational and managerial, social and cultural, media and advertising. Based on the results of this study, the most important sub-criteria were as follows: lack of coach and expert in the Province, weak experience and background of Track and Field, lack of tendency in industrial factories to invest over Track and Field and lack of standard and equipped Track and Field resort. In the next step, strategies are detected. The aim of present study was identification and comparison of effective factors on the establishment of knowledge management at physical education's assistance and healthy of education in Iran's states from aspect of managers and experts. Research method was geodesic and in aspect of goal was applied. The statistical population of this study were coadjutor, chiefs and expert of physical education and health education (n=288) assistance and the statistical sample was selected by from of full number and equal to statistical society. Required data were collected with use of research made questionnaire. Face validity of questionnaire confirmed with comments of ten sport management professors and content validity computed. In order to identify factors and survey of structural validity the exploratory factor analysis was used. The overall internal reliability of the questionnaire imported by Cronbach's alpha (0/85) for data analysis, parametric one-sample t-test was used. The result of exploratory factor analysis showed that 45/02 of the total variances related to seven factors. The results of one sample t-test showed that all factors have significant influence on establishment of knowledge management. Prioritizing the factors performed by AHP method. That are organization culture, senior management commitment, employee participation, employee training, team work, knowledge construction and infrastructure and information systems. The comparison of effective factors on establishment of knowledge management from this aspect shows that the only meaningful difference is among culture factors.

This study is focused on production system amoung 3 axis of T.V. Study (audience, content and production). The purposive was recognizing the factors and criteria which have effect on sports production system on Iranian T.V. channels.The analyzing was basis on oriented media and oriented audience theories. The oriented media theories know the media as a main factor in human changes, but oriented audience theorie has emphasized on audience and belive the sports T.V. programs creats for reseon of the audience needs.
The methodology was qualitative and the data were gathered by deep interviewing with media experts. The sampeling was nonrandomized and purposive method and researcher choosed the known persons about sports media experts.
The findings showed which sport T.V. channel can be the core of the sport T.V channels and other T.V. channels can act as a complemension. It was a need to provide more opportunities for choosing sports T.V. programs by audiences. The T.V. channels managers must try to broadcst different sports and change the demands of audiences about sports and programs.

The purpose of this research was studying the relationship between Emotional qution, Job satisfaction and organization commitment physical education office staff of Tehran universities. The statistical papulation of the study were included 130 people (114 experts of government universities and 16 experts of non-government universities) samples.
The instrument of the study was questionnaires made by shiring and et all (emotional qution), porters and et all (job satisfaction), Meyer JP, Allen JN. (Organization Commitment).
In this research the use of descriptive Method, also average, standara diviation and inference like pierson correlation and multiple regressions.
There was significant correlation respectively between Emotional qution and Job satisfaction (r=0/3، P≤01/0), Emotional qution and organization commitment (r=0/35 ، P≤0/01), Job satisfaction and organization commitment (r=0/69 ، P≤0/01). Also, there were multiple the relationships between Emotional qution and Job satisfaction, Emotional qution and organization commitment. (F =9/23 ، R2=0/19, P≤ 0/001) and (F=8/05 ، R2=0/17 ،P≤ 0/001).
According to results of tht study it seems authority submission to worthy staff, improving teamworking, workshop to introducing emotional qution and suitable using in workplace, can effectiveness in improving organization commitment in physical education office of universities.

This paper aims to study the presentation of structural equations model factors affecting development of purchasing sports goods via internet. The research method is a survey and its target is applicable. The population of the research were faculty and graduate students and Ph.D. candidatesin Physical Education (N =3196) public universities across the country; A total of 436 persons with cluster and indirect chosen were selected. Abstract
The purpose of the present study is to investigate the influence of Social factors on the incidence of different types of academic misconduct. The method of this study is descriptive, in terms of implementation, it is a survey, and in terms of purpose it is practical. Data for this study were collected using a researcher-constructed questionnaire. Its validity was confirmed by a number of sport management faculty members and its reliability calculated 87/0 with Cronbach's alpha. The questionnaire was designed with a Likert scale of 5 values. The participants of the study were comprised physical education students all over the country. Based on geographic regions of the country, five universities selected from the North, South, East, West and center of the country all of which were graduate students of physical education. The statistical sample of the study included graduate students of Physical Education in Tehran, Shiraz, Kurdistan, Mazandaran and Mashhad Universities. The selection of samples were available by stratified- Stochastic sampling method. Sample size in five colleges determined, based on the number of graduate students of these five faculties and using Morgan table. The findings show the importance of Social factors, especially the lack of adequate supervision of authorities in occurring academic misconduct. In order to deal with all kinds of academic misconduct, the directors of the affair must give special attention to the Social factors, especially the lack of adequate supervision of authorities as an effective factor in the incidence of academic misconducts.

This paper aims to compare self branding and communication skills between physical education students and other selected students. Methodology was descriptive; strategically; and survey. Population was all Iranian students. Sampeling way was unlimited society randomized cluster and through use of Morgan's schedual 384 samples were enough. Thus 390 sample recived our questionnaire and 381 questionnaire were filled in(188 physical education students and 193 of others respectively ) .Instrument for datagathering were communication skills questionnaire and self branding questionnaire made by Ghasemi(2015). Questionnaires were used after being approved its validity and relaiability. Findings showed the average level of communication skills and self branding in all students. But the communication skills and self branding were lower in physical education students in comparison with other students. The difference was significant and physical education students were weaker than others. Mean of communication skills and self branding of physical education students were lower than average as well.

The aim of this study was to investigate a novel approach in order to design a human resource performance assessment questionnaire in sports organizations using an axiomatic design technique. The statistical population of the survey covers all human resources of the ministry(including managers, employees and experts) for the year 2017(N=840)where260samples were considered(n=260)based on Kerejsay and Morgan table. Data gathering tool is a researcher-made questionnaire which is based on human resource performance assessment. The research method is a combination of exploratory and sequential explorations based on the design of a questionnaire using the principle of the axiom design technique. In order to analyze the descriptive statistics data and before and after sport organizations questionnaire,the technique design based on the axiom and appropriate components and relevant indicators have been gathered. Also, apparent validity is determined according to the viewpoint of the professors and,on the other hand, the principle of information determines the content validity and the principle of independence is proportional to the structural validity. Reliability of the questionnaires is calculated based on Cronbach's alpha technique. The results illustrate that the reliability of the questionnaire validity which is designed by the axiom-based design technique is at a level of error of 0.5.Also, the design questionnaire has a higher Cronbach alpha coefficient using axial-based design technique at95%confidence level. A comprehensive performance assessment is achieved when the Ministry of Sports and Youth have the quality in three general criteria, namely the selection of staff, performance indicators of human resources and the maintenance of staff.
