The purpose of the present research was to determine the role of mass media (television, radio and newspapers) on people’s attitude towards sport for all with a focus on physical fitness in the city of Babolsar. The research had a survey design and enjoyed a descriptive method. The population of this research is all the people who regularly and constantly worked in the sport Babolsar stations and estimated the number 2000, with the use of cluster sampling, 220 people were randomly selected as the sample size. The instrument used in this research was a researcher-made questionnaire which had survived the six sports professors’ review for its face validity. Using Cronbach’s alpha, its reliability was found to be r= 0.88, showing the questionnaire’s reliability. used It is inferential and descriptive statistic (the Kolmogorov-Smirnov, the single sample، binominal t-tests and independent- samples t-test) and the research hypotheses were tested at the level of 0.05. The results unveiled that mass media impacted on people’s attitude towards sport for all. the impact was not desirable in which the mean of people’s responses was lower than average level (p≤.50) in most variables. The results showed the extent of this effect is different in men and women and the role of mass media was more in the women’s tendency to the sport for all. Considering the high capacity of media in Iran, people’s attitude towards sport for all can be enhanced by proper planning in television, radio, and newspapers, which will ultimately lead to greater public health.

The reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha was obtaind respectively 0/90, 0/82, 0/91 and 0/89. Also the results of confirmatory factor analysis by using of AMOS software were indicative of the validity of the questionnaire. Fitness of the proposed model was examined through structural equation modeling (SEM), using SPSS-19 and AMOS-22 software packages. The indirect effects were tested using the bootstrap procedure. Findings indicated that the proposed model fit the data properly. The results of this study confirmed social (supervisor and family) through work-family conflict can affect mainly on employee’s job burnout.
