According to Cochran’s C test method, 395 persons were selected. The measuring tool included Al-Arabiya (2012) questionnaire. Convergent Validity and Divergent Validity approved andReliability of questionnaire with Cronbach's alphawas obtained, Brand loyalty (0.84) , Decision Postponement (0.67) , similarity (0.60) , Overload (0.65) and Ambiguity (0.80). In order to inferential analysis of collected data used Smart PLS 2 software. According to Significant statistical and t Extracted, The result of hypothesis testing in 95% confidence level results show that Consumer Confusion has Direct and positive impact on Decision Postponement (t= 28.773, β=0.675) and Loyalty to brand(t= 25.692, β= 0.776). Similarity has Direct and positive effect on Loyalty to sport brand (t= 4.025, β=0.225) , but it has not impact on Decision Postponement (t= 1.113, β=0.114). Overload has Direct and positive effect on Decision Postponement (1.326 = t, 0.067 = β), but it has on loyalty (t=2.811, β= 0.151). Ambiguity in product selection has Direct and positive effect on Decision Postponement (t=5.570, β=0.545) and loyalty (t=7.852, β=0.476). So we can say that Increasing consumers confusion  increases Postponement of purchase Customers and it is possible that the consumers change their brand. This process can effect on the rate of sport brand loyalty.}, keywords = {Consumer Confusion,Decision Postponement,brand loyalty,Sport Clothing}, title_fa = {تأثیر سردرگمی مصرف کننده بر تعویق تصمیم‏گیری و وفاداری به برند پوشاک ورزشی}, abstract_fa = {هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر سردرگمی مصرف کننده بر تعویق تصمیم گیری و وفاداری به برند پوشاک ورزشی است. تحقیق از نوع توصیفی بود که به روش پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیۀ مشتریان پوشاک‌های ورزشی‌ شهر شیراز می‌باشد. با توجه به فرمول کوکران تعداد 395 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه­گیری شامل پرسش­نامۀ العربی (2012) بود. روایی آن مورد تأیید و ضریب پایایی ابعاد پرسش­نامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ وفاداری به برند (0.84)، تعویق تصمیم (0.67)، شباهت (0.60)، اطلاعات زیاد (0.65) و ویژگی مبهم (0.80) به­دست آمد. به منظور تحلیل استنباطی داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده از نرم‌افزار Smart PLS 2 استفاده شده است. با توجه به ضرایب معناداری و t استخراج شده، نتیجۀ آزمون فرضیات در سطح اطمینان 95% نشان می‌دهد که: سردرگمی مصرف کننده تأثیر مثبت و مستقیمی بر تعویق تصمیم گیری (28.773=t، 0.675=β) و وفاداری (25.692=t، 0.776=β) به برند ورزشی دارد. شباهت محصول تأثیر مثبت و مستقیمی بر وفاداری به برند ورزشی دارد (4.025=t، 0.225= β) ولی بر تعویق تصمیم تأثیر ندارد (1.113=t، 0.114=β). اطلاعات انبوه محصول تأثیر مثبت و مستقیمی بر تعویق تصمیم (1.326=t، 0.067=β) ندارد اما بر وفاداری (2.811=t، 0.151=β) تأثیر دارد. ابهام در انتخاب محصول تأثیر مثبت و مستقیمی بر تعویق تصمیم­گیری (5.570=t، 0.545=β) و وفاداری (7.852=t، 0.476=β) دارد؛ بنابراین می‌توان گفت که افزایش سردرگمی مصرف­کننده باعث افزایش تعویق تصمیم‌گیری خرید مشتریان می‌شود و ممکن است که مصرف­کننده برند خود را تغییر دهند و این می‌تواند بر میزان وفاداری به نام برند ورزشی تأثیر داشته باشد.  }, keywords_fa = {سردرگمی,مصرف‌کننده,تعویق تصمیم گیری,وفاداری,پوشاک ورزشی}, url = {https://arsmb.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_4387.html}, eprint = {https://arsmb.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_4387_d85d101e56c98bdf953138c7a90e15da.pdf} }
