چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر سرمایۀ اجتماعی کارکنان در سازمان ‌های ورزشی بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی ـ همب­ستگی بود. به همین منظور کارکنان ادارۀکل ورزش و جوانان استان خراسان رضوی به ‌عنوان جامعۀ آماری انتخاب شدند، با توجه به جدول نمونه ‌گیری مورگان ـ کرجسای تعداد 86 نفر به ‌عنوان نمونه آماری تعیین گردید. اطلاعات مورد نظر از طریق پرسش ‌نامۀ سرمایۀ اجتماعی اکبری (1392) که شامل 26 سؤال در 7 عامل بود، جمع ‌آوری گردید. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسش ‌نامه ‌ ‌ توسط گروهی از استادان صاحب ‌نظر دانشگاهی بررسی و تأیید شد و در یک مطالعۀ راهنما و با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی آلفای کرونباخ مقدار پایایی برابر با 87/0 محاسبه گردید. بر اساس نتایج به ‌دست آمده از تحلیل مدل معادلات ساختاری، عوامل توانمندسازی و آموزش، هویت، مشارکت و کار تیمی، تعهد، اعتماد، اطلاعات و آگاهی و کمک و هم یاری به ترتیب بیش­ترین نقش و تأثیررا در شکل ‌گیری سرمایۀ اجتماعی در سازمان داشتند (χ2[14]=36.741,P
