The aim of this study was to anticipate the vision of organizational sociability components based on servant leadership traits in staff of youth and sports department of West Azarbaijan province.. The method used in this research is descriptive correlation. Statistical population includes all staff of department of youth and sports in west Azarbaijan province (65 persons). To collect data, valid and reliable questionnaire of servant leadership (α=0/97) and organizational socialization (α=0/91) were used. Regarding the normal data distribution multi regression and Pearson correlation tests were used. Findings show that there is a positive and significant correlation between servant leadership characteristics and organizational sociability. Also, multiple regression analysis revealed that some subscales of servant leadership can positively and significantly predict organizational sociability components (P<0/05). Based on the obtained results of this study, it is suggested to the managers and leaders and agents of youth and sports departments and newly established sports organizations to act through servant leadership characteristics in order to improve organizational sociability and to realize their roles as well as organization's role.

The research aims to study the factors associated with occupational and organizational stress in technical staff of Urmia16th Asian men`s volleyball championship participant teams. This research is an applied and descriptive-correlation. Population and sample was total team`s technical staff (44 persons). Valid and reliable Ivancevich and Matteson`s stress questionnaire was used to collecting data in two parts; occupational stresses questionnaire include 16 questions (α=0.88) and organizational stresses questionnaire include 30 questions (α=0.95). Descriptive statistic results show that role of the organizational stressor was more than occupational stressor. Among the occupational stresses, time pressure and among organizational stresses, develop system of human resources had the highest effect in creating stress. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influencing factors on tendency of primary schools physical education teachers in Parsabad to use instructional media in teaching and learning process. This study is cross - correlation and Applied for the objective. The population was included 65 physical education teachers in elementary schools of Parsabad. The sample was selected equal with population. Research tools was Researcher made questionnaire it includes 28 items and 6 scales (the book, staffing specialist, motivational factors, teaching method, facilities and knowledge). Face and content-related validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. The internal reliability of the questionnaire was obtained on a sample of 20 individuals using Cronbach's alpha 0.89. This paper aims to study factors related to beautification and joyfulness of university sport places on dorm students tendency toward physical activity. Research method was descriptive correlation, conducted as a fieldwork. Population was all public and rental dormitory male and female Urmia university students (5366). According to Morgan table, quota sample method, 361 cases were selected. To collect data, valid (α= 0.89) and reliable researcher-made questionnaire was used, including 38 closed questions in 5 options range. Data was analyzed by using exploratory factor analysis, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Spearman correlation. Results showed 7 factors includeing solstice in the attitude of the authorities and proper use of facilities, joyful sports environment, using provocative advertising methods, turning to new sport facilities and activities, students participation in group activities, attracting students to sport environment and creating excitement and creativity in sports program as effective factors. According to results, it is suggested to create sincere and joyful atmosphere based on collegians culture and also providing proper circumstance to more interaction among students through physical activity, wich encourage them to participate in decisions making, responsibilities and eguiptment of sport places.
