The purpose of this research is to identify the strategic management factors of financial sponsors in sports and provide a model. The research method is mixed and sequential exploratory. The statistical population in the qualitative section was sports management spicialist, managers and employees sport team in super leagues, also top and board managers, financial and sail managers of large hndustry unit in Kermanshah province, who were sampled by snowball method. In order to collect qualitative data, the researcher reached theoretical saturation by conducting 15 semi-structured interviews. In a small part of all employees of sports federations, based on Morgan's table, 248 people were selected as a statistical sample and sampling was done by simple random sampling. Through the information received from the interviews and coding through the MAXQDA software, the design and construct validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis. Using AMOS software, the final research model was presented. The results showed that the sponsor's image plays the biggest role in the strategic management of sponsors in sports, and beliefs do not play a role in the strategic management of sponsors, and the factors of participation, attachment, honesty, performance, image, attitude, and knowledge predict 91% of management. Supporters in sports have a strategy.

The aim of this study was to identify the barriers to strategic management in the Deputy of Physical Education and Health of Education in Iran.In terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection, it is qualitative and semi-structured interviews. The population of this study included all managers, staff advisors and provincial deputies in the deputy of physical education and health, from which 50 people were selected based on work experiences, published articles, authorship of related books and their executive areas that were related to the present study. And the sampling method was theoretical and purposeful.To analyze the information obtained in the interviews, open and centralized and selective coding methods were used.The results of the interviews indicated that strategic management barriers in the Deputy of Physical Education and Health of Education include 3 general categories and 9 components that include organizational ideology (educational barriers, structural barriers, design and planning barriers and professional ethics barriers), external organizational factors (legal and regulatory barriers, and environmental barriers) and organizational resources that include (information barriers, human barriers, and financial barriers). And one of the features of this research is to find new obstacles compared to other researches. The Deputy Minister of Physical Education and Health can take effective measures to remove the desired obstacles by using the capacities of the national media, attracting financial sponsors, participatory decision-making in implementation and continuous monitoring.

The first sportive national talent-identification model with the strategic approach in track and field was codified by the talent-identification committee in the athletics federation in 2006 and was executed in 2008. Therefore, the present research argues the barriers to success and sustainability of executing this scheme in Iran as well as studying the results of this national talent-identification scheme. The method in the present paper is of descriptive and traversal. The population of this investigation was consisted to be 52 people of the formulation and implementation Colleagues in national athletics talent-identification model. The population was sampled equally. After setting the questionnaire, the research tools were distributed amongst 10 sportive experts and thinkers, which all in all were revised and confirmed the reliability of this questionnaire has been obtained 0.81 through cronbach’s alpha test. For data analysis KS, one sample t-test and the Friedman test were used. SPSS software was applied for statistical analysis. The results showed; identified 3 barriers in the structural barriers stage, such as; federation managers’ lack of belief in the process of talent-identification, 3 barrier developing plan stage, such as; their little attention to the functionality of the scheme and 5 barriers in implementation stage, such as; lack of skilled human resources at the level of α ≥0.05. The results had shown that based on the priority order, the barrier of low management stability in the athletics federation in the structural section, little interaction with the institutional sport in the implementation section, and large expansion of the scheme in the codification section had the highest priority on the failure and unsustainability of executing Iran’s national talent-identification scheme.
