The current research is a type of applied research and is considered as exploratory research in terms of nature. The current research was a type of mixed research that used Q methodology as the main research method. The statistical population of the research was sports law experts, sports management, sports litigation lawyers, professors and active experts in the field of sports law in Tehran. Theoretical saturation was achieved by interviewing 21 Pundits, experts and specialists. The results showed six mental patterns regarding the injuries of the accident files caused by sports activities were discovered and identified with the aim of Q methodology and the criterion of interpretability of the factors. The six mental patterns that were identified were unethical mental pattern, managerial mental pattern, underwork mental pattern, human power mental pattern, facilities mental pattern and supportive mental pattern. In order to reduce the damages caused by sports activities, it is necessary to take measures to minimize these damages and provide a healthy atmosphere in these environments. By clarifying and creating the field of sports law, creating a sports law publication, raising the awareness of sports litigation lawyers, we can take a small step in this field. <span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'B Mitra';">پژوهش حاضر با هدف، شناسایی الگوی ذهنی خبرگان در خصوص آسیب‌های پرونده‌های حوادث ناشی از فعالیت‌های ورزشی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش‌های کاربردی است که به لحاظ ماهیت از نوع پژوهش‌های اکتشافی محسوب می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش‌های آمیخته بود که از روش‌شناسی کیو به عنوان روش اصلی تحقیق استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش متخصصین حقوق ورزشی، مدیریت ورزشی، وکیل‌های دعاوی ورزشی، اساتید و افراد متخصص فعال در زمینه حقوق ورزشی در تهران بود. با مصاحبه با 21 نفر از خِبرگان، صاحب‌نظران و متخصصان به صورت هدفمند اشباع نظری حاصل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که 6 الگوی ذهنی در خصوص آسیب‌های پرونده‌های حوادث ناشی از فعالیت‌های ورزشی با معیار تفسیر پذیر بودن عامل‌ها کشف و شناسایی شد. الگوی ذهنی غیر اخلاقی، الگوی ذهنی مدیریتی، الگوی ذهنی کم کاری، الگوی ذهنی نیروی انسانی، الگوی ذهنی امکانات و الگوی ذهنی حمایتی این شش الگوی ذهنی بودند که شناسایی شدند. برای اینکه بتوان از آسیب‌های پرونده‌های حقوقی ناشی از فعالیت‌های ورزشی در امان بود باید تمهیداتی انجام شود تا این آسیب ها به حدقل برسند و یک جو سالمی در این محیط ها مهیا شود که با شفاف سازی و ایجاد رشته حقوق ورزشی، ایجاد نشریه حقوق ورزشی، آگاهی سازی وکلای دعاوی ورزشی می توان گامی هر چند کوچک در این زمینه برداشت.</span> https://arsmb.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_10437_596476bfa5c75d9a2639dc4b302f8813.pdf
