It is a descriptive- solidarity research. The social statistics of this study were all of the physical education teachers of Tabriz in Guidance and High schools. Appling Morgan sample table in 2012, 226 teachers out of 500 Tabriz’s physical education teachers in guidance and high schools were selected. The data were collected by the ERG requirement questionnaire and Maslutch Burnout Inventory (MBI). Statistical Pearson correlation, t-test and step by step regression were used independently for data analysis. The results showed the physical education teachers believed that other teachers’ attitude about physical teaching education was not agreeable and they believed that physical education coarses required less effort than the others. There was direct relationship between Alderfer motivation needs and Job Burnout.  However, only two factors of dependence and physiological needs were the predictors of jobBurnout (P<0.01). تحقیق حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین عوامل انگیزشی و تحلیل رفتگی شغلی دبیران تربیت بدنی شهر تبریز بر اساس مدل انگیزشی ERG صورت گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی می باشد. از بین 500 نفر از دبیران تربیت بدنی مقطع راهنمایی و متوسطه تبریز تعداد 226 نفر با استفاده از جدول نمونه گیری مورگان در سال 1390 انتخاب گردید. از پرسشنامه نیازهای ERG و سیاهه فرسایش شغلی مسلوچ (MBI) برای گرد آوری داده های تحقیق استفاده گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS.17  و روش های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون، آزمون تی مستقل انجام گرفت. از دیدگاه دبیران تربیت بدنی سایر دبیران آموزش و پرورش نگرش مساعدی درباره درس تربیت بدنی ندارند و آنرا درسی که تلاش کمتری نیاز دارد تلقی می کنند. نتایج نشان داد بین عوامل انگیزشی آلدفر و تحلیل رفتگی شغلی ارتباط مستقیمی وجود دارد. اما فقط دو عامل نیازهای وابستگی و نیازهای فیزیولوژیکی پیش بینی کننده تحلیل رفتگی شغلی معلمان بودند (P<0/01). https://arsmb.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_229_66af5fa37251530cc42696eb91b1b47b.pdf
