This study in terms of purpose is applied and in terms of data collection is descriptive - correlation. Research statistical population was all of the employees of  Sport and Youth Organization of Northern Khorasan with 105 persons that all individuals comments were taken. Research instruments including: burnout- Maslach and Jackson and deviant behavior- Robinson and Bennett. Collected data were analysed using the pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis. Results revealed that there are posetive significant relations between burnout and its dimensions with deviant behavior. Correlation coefficients between emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and job inefficiency with behavior deviant are: 0.61, 0.48, 0.47 respectively. Also correlation coefficient between burnout and deviant behavior was 0.56. In addition, stepwise regression analysis showed that emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and job inefficiency are good predictors for deviant behavior and explain 54% of changes of this variable. Based on the findings of the study it could be expected that with improve the status of individuals burnout, their deviant behavior reduced.
