This study has a qualitative approach and grounded theory has been used as a research method. For gathering data , high level documents have been studied and interviewed 31 experts who were aware of the subject.  The validity of this research was examined and approved by the interviewers and then expert professors. The reliability was %76 which obtained through using the methodology of auditing results process. For data analysis, It was used the continuous comparison method in three stages: open, axial and selective coding. Data analysis shows that the theory of the revenue model for the football clubs in Iran has seven components: effective mechanisms of management, financial mechanisms, training mechanisms, reform of football mechanisms, cultural reform mechanisms, statutory and legal mechanisms and the establishment of the revenue model. The development and success of the football clubs in Iran depend on superior management of these components. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، طراحی مدل درآمدزایی باشگاه‏های حرفه‌ای فوتبال ایران است. این پژوهش دارای رویکردی کیفی بوده و از روش نظریه داده بنیاد (گراندد تئوری)^{^[1]} به عنوان روش تحقیق استفاده شده است. روش گردآوری داده‌ها، مطالعه اسناد بالادستی و مصاحبه‏های عمیق و باز با 31 نفر از نخبگان آگاه از موضوع مورد بحث است. روایی این پژوهش توسط مصاحبه‌شوندگان و سپس اساتید متخصص مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و تأیید گردید. پایایی نیز با استفاده از روش مطالعۀ حسابرسی^{^[2]} فرآیند نتایج 76% به دست آمد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مقایسه مداوم در طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که تئوری جوهری مدل درآمدزایی باشگاه‏های فوتبال ایران دارای هفت مؤلفه: مکانیزم‏های مؤثر مدیریتی، مکانیزم‏های مالی، مکانیزم‏های آموزش، مکانیز‌های اصلاح ساختار فوتبال، مکانیزم‏های اصلاح فرهنگ، مکانیزم‏های حقوقی- قانونی و استقرار مدل درآمدزایی می‌باشد که توسعه و موفقیت باشگاه‌های فوتبال ایران در گرو مدیریت برتر این مؤلفه‌ها است.<br /> <br clear="all" /><br /> <br /> [1].
