The research method was &quot;descriptive-analytical&quot; and statistical population of this research included all female managers working in Sports Organization of Tehran Municipality. In this research, due to the limited population size, the whole population(n=130) was selected as the sample. Data were collected by field method and researcher-made questionnaire concerned with individual and organizational factors to promote and inhibite job success for female employees. Reliability of the questionnaire was 0.892 through using Cronbach&#039;s alpha coefficient. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics such as single sample T, confirmatory factor analysis, standard regression coefficient estimation and structural equation modeling were used. The results showed that individual and organizational factors promoting and inhibiting have a significant effect on the Career success of women employees in Sport Organization of Tehran Municipality(p &lt;br /&gt; &lt;/span&gt;</Abstract>
