They are main elements in education and team leadership;<br />also play an important role in developing athletes. The aim of this study was to study the education,<br />evaluation and development of sports coaches in selected countries and proposed suggestions. This<br />study is a descriptive and analytical study was conducted and the data collection and review of existing<br />documents and material resources available in the library's Internet use. Sports Ministry in useful efforts<br />on education, evaluation and development of sport coaches is done, but the lack of systematic approach<br />systems to keep pace with the modern world is faced with many problems. Extensive studies have been<br />conducted on sport coaches’ education in Australia, and articles about the framework, the headings,<br />content, and standards for sport coaches education and development is written. Several editions of the<br />UK education system and educators to provide educational content to new levels of coaching are being<br />compiled. In the United States, according to the education system, standards and training programs<br />developed and are being updated. Extensive studies have been performed in Canada, as well as<br />programs to improve and develop educational programs for coaches and athletes in each discipline is<br />provided in other countries. Studies show that a systematic approach, in coordination with the<br />international community and the continent needs urgent mentoring sports coaches in the country and is<br />the essential foundation of international coaches. In this way, the system utilizes the experiences of<br />selected countries and is useful. به موازات رشد سریع دیدگاه حرفه‌ای، رویکرد فعلی تشکیلات ورزش جهان به آموزش و ارتقای مربیان، رو به توسعه است. آنان از ارکان اصلی در آموزش، رهبری و هدایت تیم‌اند و نقش مهمی در پرورش ورزشکاران ایفا می‌کنند. هدف از انجام این تحقیق مطالعة نظام آموزش، ارزیابی و ارتقای مربیان ورزش کشورهای منتخب و ارائة الگوی پیشنهادی است. این تحقیق به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شده و در جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از منابع موجود در کتابخانه‌ها و مروری بر اسناد موجود و مطالب اینترنت استفاده شده است. در ایران وزارت ورزش تلاش‌های مفیدی درخصوص آموزش، ارزیابی و ارتقای مربیان انجام داده است؛ لیکن عدم رویکرد سیستمی موجب شده تا همگامی آن با سیستم‌های پیشرفتة جهان با اشکال‌های متعددی مواجه گردد. در استرالیا دربارة آموزش مربیان مطالعات گسترده‌ای انجام شده و نوشتار‌هایی در باب چارچوب، سرفصل، محتوی و معیارهای آموزش و ارتقای مربیان نگاشته شده است. در انگلستان ویراست‌های متعددی از نظام آموزش مربیان ارائه شده و محتوای آموزشی جدیدی برای سطوح مختلف مربیگری در حال تدوین است. در ایالات متحده با توجه به سیستم آموزشی حاکم، معیارها و برنامه‌های آموزشی مربیان تدوین و در حال به‌روزرسانی است. در کانادا نیز مطالعات گسترده‌ای انجام شده است، به طوری‌که برنامةپیشرفت مربیان و ورزشکاران هر رشته تدوین و این برنامه‌های آموزشی به سایر کشورها نیز ارائه می‌شود. نتایج مطالعات نشان می‌دهد رویکرد سیستمی و هماهنگی با انجمن‌های قاره‌ای و جهانی مربیان از نیازهای عاجل مربیگری ورزش کشور است و تأسیس بنیاد بین‌المللی مربیان از ضروریات آن است. در این راه بهره‌گیری از تجارب کشورهای منتخب و نظام‌های مربوط مفید خواهد بود. https://arsmb.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_536_44870ab42cee9c352a92edf38942198f.pdf
