The survey population comprised 650 residents around the Takhti Stadium, police forces, municipally-owned forces around the stadium and stadium officials. The sample via stratified random sampling targeted 235 people were selected. The present study was descriptive, is the analytical type survey. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The validity (content, convergence, divergence) and reliability (factor loadings, reliability of supplies and alpha coefficient) questionnaires were well within acceptable limits. The results of hypotheses testing can be used by software AMOS respectively and using the path (B). The results showed that, the components of sustainable development of sports places (economic, environmental) had a significant effect on the urban environment of Tabriz. Also, among the social determinants of sustainable development of sports places, no significant positive effects on the urban environment were found. The environmental with a regression coefficient of 0.73 had the most impact on the urban environment of Tabriz.So custodian’s sports community with the sustainable development desirable future for human societies is guarantee and where the living conditions and the use of resources, without damaging the integrity, stability and beauty of critical systems, human needs are solved. هدف از انجام پژوهش، مدل‏سازی ساختاری در تبیین مؤلفه‌های توسعه پایدار اماکن ورزشی (اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی) بر محیط شهری بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را 650 نفر از ساکنان اطراف ورزشگاه تختی، نیروهای انتظامی، نیروهای شهرداری مستقر در اطراف ورزشگاه و مسئولین ورزشگاه تشکیل داده‏اند. حجم نمونه از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای و هدفمند به تعداد 235 نفر انتخاب شدند. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی، پیمایشی از نوع تحلیلی است. جهت جمع‏آوری داده‏ها از پرسش‏نامه استفاده شد. روایی (محتوی، همگری، واگرا) و پایایی (بارعاملی، ضریب پایایی مرکب و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ) پرسش‏نامه‏ها در حد قابل قبول و خوب بودند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه‏ها را می‏توان توسط نرم‏افزار AMOS و با استفاده از ضرایب رگرسیونی نشان داد. یافته‏های پژوهش نشان داد، مؤلفه‏های توسعه پایدار اماکن ورزشی (اقتصادی، زیست محیطی)، بر محیط شهری تبریز تأثیرمعنی‏داری داشت، همچنین بین عامل اجتماعی توسعه پایدار اماکن ورزشی، تأثیر مثبت و معنی‏داری بر محیط شهری یافت نشد که از این میان عامل زیست­محیطی با ضریب رگرسیونی 73/0 بیشترین تأثیر را بر محیط شهری تبریز داشت. بنابراین متولیان جامعه ورزشی با ایجاد توسعه پایدار، آینده‌ای مطلوب را برای جوامع بشری تضمین می‏کنند و در آن شرایط زندگی و استفاده از منابع، بدون آسیب رساندن به یکپارچگی، زیبایی و ثبات نظام‌های حیاتی، نیازهای انسان را برطرف می‏کنند.<br />   https://arsmb.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_5535_254f34a09eea8a945ba12a7acb8dfd53.pdf
