This research is applied in terms of purpose and the mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) was used. In qualitative part, in order to identify barriers,qualitative content analysis and open and axial coding techniques have been used as well as AHP technique in some parts of the research. The statistical community in the qualitative part includes 13 experts and physical education specialists. The number of members in the community was at least 75 large private club managers. In the first part of the quantitative phase, the fuzzy pair matrix compatibility computational method has been used for estimating reliability. In the second part of the quantitative phase, for reliability evaluation, three factors of factor load coefficients, Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability (CR) have been used. According to the results, the following items  were identified as the most important structural restrictive factors of employment and entrepreneurship in sports in private clubs: strategy system barriers (2.356), employee freedom of work (1.163), flexible structure (1.105), financial system (0.556), decision making (0.125), reward system (0.106) and assessment system (0.096). پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل بازدارنده ساختاری اشتغال و کارآفرینی ورزش در باشگاه‌های ورزشی خصوصی انجام شده است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و به روش آمیخته نوع اول (کیفی و کمی) انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی پژوهش و به منظور شناسایی موانع، از تکنیک تحلیل محتوای کیفی و کدگذاری باز و محوری و در بخش کمّی از تکنیک AHP بهره گرفته شده است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل 13 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان رشته تربیت­بدنی است. تعداد اعضای جامعه در بخش کمّی 75 نفر از مدیران باشگاه‌های خصوصی بزرگ بودند. در بخش اول فاز کمی برای ارزیابی پایایی از روش محاسبۀ سازگاری ماتریس‌های مقایسات زوجی فازی استفاده شده است. در بخش دوم فاز کمّی برای ارزیابی پایایی از سه معیار ضرایب بارهای عاملی، آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی (CR) استفاده شده است. با توجه به نتایج ارائه ‌شده موانع سیستم راهبرد (با وزن 2.356)، آزادی عمل کارکنان (با وزن 1.163)، ساختار انعطاف‌پذیر (با وزن 1.105)، سیستم مالی (با وزن 0.556)، تصمیم­گیری (با وزن 0.125)، سیستم پاداش (با وزن 0.106) و سیستم ارزیابی (با وزن 0.096) به ترتیب مهم‌ترین عوامل بازدارنده ساختاری اشتغال و کارآفرینی در ورزش در باشگاه‌های خصوصی شناسایی شد. https://arsmb.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_5536_600a43e6df052fc776e705f7c1db88d5.pdf
