(N = 875). 374 people were selected as amples according to Morgan table. Research tool was researcher made questionnaire of identifying success factors of Iran in Olympic games and Cronbach's alpha was calculated 0.89 and confirmatory factor analysis, exploratory factor analysis and Friedman tests were used. The results of the research indicate that 10 factors affecting Iran's success in the Olympic Games including financial incentives for athletes, attention to women's sports, the use of capable mentors, correct assessment, regular training, attention to sport fileds that are more probable to gain medals in olympic , talent management, attention to athletes training , attention to the training of coaches and management factors. <br />Using the Friedman rank test, there is a significant difference between the factors influencing Iran's success in the Olympic Games from the point of view of the research samples (Sig = 001, 2/561/5) so that "attention to sport fileds that are more probable to gain medals in olympic " has the highest rank and "correct evaluation" has the lowest rank. Therefore, by offering appropriate prizes, investing in women's sports, using successful and experienced coaches, regular training camps, and the principled and scientific method of talent identification could consider as effective steps in Iran's success in the Olympic Games. هدف از انجام  تحقیق شناسایی عوامل موفقیت ایران در بازی‌های المپیک است. جامعه آماری را کلیه صاحب نظران بازی‏های المپیک، رؤسا و نائب رئیس فدراسیون‏های منتخب، مدیران و کارشناسان منتخب وزارت ورزش و جوانان، مدیران و کارشناسان کمیته ملی المپیک و ورزشکارانی که امتیاز شرکت در بازی‏های المپیک را داشته‏اند، تشکیل می‌داد (875=N) که با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 374 نفر با روش نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش­نامه محقق ساخته شناسایی عوامل موفقیت ایران در بازی‏های المپیک بود و آلفای کرونباخ آن 89/0 محاسبه گردید و از  آزمون­های آماری تحلیل عاملی تأییدی واکتشافی و فریدمن و از نرم افزارهای Spss وLisrel  استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد 10 عامل "انگیزه‌های مالی برای ورزشکاران، توجه به ورزش بانوان، استفاده از مربیان توانمند، ارزیابی صحیح، اردوهای منظم، توجه به رشته‌های پرمدال، مدیریت استعدادیابی، توجه به آموزش ورزشکاران، توجه به آموزش مربیان و عوامل مدیریتی" به عنوان عوامل موفقیت ایران در بازی‏های المپیک شناسایی شدند" و در اولویت­بندی عوامل «توجه به رشته‌های پرمدال» بالاترین رتبه و «ارزیابی صحیح» پایین‏ترین رتبه را به خود اختصاص داده‏اند. لذا با ارائه جوایز مناسب، سرمایه­گذاری در بخش ورزش بانوان، استفاده ازمربیان درجه یک و موفق و باتجربه، اردوهای منظم ورزشی و روش اصولی و علمی فرایند استعدادیابی گامی مؤثر در موفقیت ایران در بازی‌های المپیک می ­توان برداشت. https://arsmb.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_6187_13caffa780b27fcac2d2ff305f5bfea1.pdf
