Sports federations always seek to develop their field, attract and manage sports talents. The aim of the current research was to identify the factors influencing the tendency of national team athletes towards championship sports in childhood. The research method was applied in terms of its nature and purpose, and descriptive and exploratory from the point of view of the analysis method, and the data was collected in the field. The statistical population included all current national team players with championship records from Khorasan-Razavi province in the number of 120 people. In order to collect the data required for the research in the qualitative part, a semi-structured in-depth interview was used. In the quantitative part, data collection was done using a researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that 7 main concepts including individual skills indicators, economic index, social index, education, reputation, management index, media and press are effective on the tendency of national team athletes towards championship sports in childhood. The ranking of the effective indicators showed that the management index had the highest rank. By targeting the reasons for the tendency of children and teenagers towards championship sports, it is possible to make talent management in sports federations more effective and avoid spending a lot of money and time as well as trial and error.

The primary aim of the present study was to design a model of player transfers in the Iranian Premier Football League. This applied research employs a qualitative methodology based on grounded theory. The study population consisted of published documents related to player transfers in the Iranian Premier League and 15 experts. To select a sample from this population, purposive (non-probabilistic) sampling was used, and theoretical sampling was subsequently employed to ensure sample adequacy. For data collection, in-depth interviews were conducted. To ensure validity and reliability, the coding process was reviewed; results were confirmed through member checking with interviewees; peer confirmation (including by the thesis supervisor) was obtained; qualitative analysis was performed; and the adequacy of referenced sources was verified. For data analysis, MAXQDA (version 2018) software was used. The open coding process yielded 52 initial codes from the analysis of interviews and documents. Axial coding resulted in eight categories: Transfer Market; Player Price; Economic Factors; Legal Infrastructure; Marketing Actions; Club Foresight; Relations and Cooperation; and Formal Contracting. Finally, selective coding revealed three core perspectives: economic, legal and regulatory, and developmental. Given that pursuing a developmental perspective is a complex, time-consuming, and costly process requiring the achievement of an optimal outcome, it is recommended that this perspective be further strengthened. To this end, experiences from countries with established expertise in this area should be leveraged.

The aim of this paper is to explain and analyze fraud in sport and its various forms from the perspectives of criminal and disciplinary law, using a descriptive-analytical method and library-based research through note-taking from relevant sources. The theoretical findings indicate that, following recent developments, the legal system has faced challenges in addressing offences and crimes related to fraud in sport. In response to the harmful and detrimental effects of such fraud-whether considered a disciplinary violation or a criminal offence-some states have criminalized this conduct within their legal frameworks and have established penalties accordingly. Given that sport is based on fair and equal competition and possesses an inherently unpredictable nature, the adoption of appropriate punitive and preventive measures to combat fraud in sporting competitions may prove effective. As fraud in sport and its various forms is no longer a domestic issue but rather a transnational and global phenomenon affecting all societies, it necessitates international cooperation and the active involvement of sports organizations and stakeholders in efforts to prevent and combat it. The concerning quantitative and qualitative dimensions of these offences and violations have accordingly compelled law enforcement authorities and criminal justice policymakers to take measures aimed at addressing and preventing them.

The concerning quantitative and qualitative dimensions of these offences and violations have accordingly compelled law enforcement authorities and criminal justice policymakers to take measures aimed at addressing and preventing them.</OtherAbstract>

In today's industrialized world, the place of activities has changed, walking has been a major requirement for movement and physical activity in the past. Currently, vehicles have been largely replaced and have provided reasons for people's inactivity. On the other hand, walking is cheap and available. The purpose of this research is to design a model for developing recreational sport activities with an emphasis on walking. To advance the research, the qualitative method and grounded theory were used. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 23 experts using the purposeful sampling method. The number of people was selected in order to ensure more confidence of the researcher after reaching theoretical saturation. The identified variables were categorized in the form of components using open, central and selective coding. 27 conceptual codes and 22 main categories were identified. Based on the findings of this research, the causal conditions include: "Insight", "Culture", "Active Leisure", "role model orientation", "Integrated Management" and "Inertia". Intervening conditions include: "ideology", "physical", "monopoly", "technology" and "universal factors". The background conditions include: "standard urban development", "security" and "legal support". The strategies include "macro-viewing", "education", "technical measures", "regulation" and "advocacy" and the consequences include "pedestrian city", "pedestrian-oriented city" and "social development". It is suggested that by using the factors found in this research, the stakeholders should develop walking as a public sport.

One of the most important goals of regional development is the optimal allocation of limited physical and human capital resources to achieve economic growth. The sports industry, as an emerging industry, encompasses all activities related to the production and distribution of sports products that are priced in the market. The main objective of this research is to estimate the contribution of Gross Domestic Sports Product (GDSP) to the economic growth of Iran's provinces during the period 2011-2021. To this end, after calculating GDSP separately for each province of Iran, this variable was added as an input to the Cobb-Douglas production function alongside the two other factors of production: labor and capital. Additionally, the potential interaction between the two main inputs of production—human resources and capital—with Gross Sports Production was also considered in the estimated model. The modeling approach is based on panel data and includes two methods: a random-effects regression model and a dynamic regression model estimated using the GMM estimator. The estimation results provide statistical evidence of the positive effects of Gross Sports Production on economic growth: 1) The effect of Gross Sports Production on economic growth is positive and significant, such that every one percent increase in real GDSP has increased real economic growth by up to 0.17 percent. 2) The interactive effects of labor and capital inputs with GDSP, although small, were positive and significant, increasing economic growth by 0.05 and 0.07 percent, respectively. The most important implication of this research is the necessity of planning to expand investment in sports infrastructure and activities with the aim of leveraging the potential of this industry for the economic growth of Iran's provinces.

Since the purpose of the research is to measure the thoughts, attitudes, beliefs and perceptions of the officials of the sports and youth organization of Tehran province, the most appropriate solution is a systematic combined study such as the Q method. Descriptive-explanatory purpose is done with qualitative-quantitative approach. The primary tool for data collection was the Q questionnaire. The participants were 56 university professors and organizational experts related to the subject under study, and the purposeful sampling method was used to select them. The findings show 8 subject categories. Based on the level of agreement, it can be said that the factor of participation in knowledge production has the highest level of agreement with 27.70%, followed by the factor of knowledge management of human resources with 5.23%, the factor of using new technologies with 4.30% and the factor Social capital with 4.30 percent. Knowledge-based economic development factor with 4.20 percent, large-scale database factor with 1.73 percent, and knowledge feedback mechanism creation factor with 1.43 percent were placed in the next categories, respectively. In this article, we have taken a closer look at this innovative model and examined the ways in which it transforms the sports and youth sector of Tehran province. From education to outreach and collaboration with the community, all key elements of this powerful new approach to sports and youth development have been explored.

The current research was conducted with the aim of compiling The local model of the development of Iran's football industry with the approach of resistance economy and providing the most important indicator of development.. The research method is applied and descriptive-survey in a mixed exploratory (qualitative and quantitative) way. The statistical population of the research is all experts who know about football, among them theoretical saturation was achieved by theoretical sampling after interviewing 12 people. The validity of the research instrument was ensured by the Lincoln and Goba evaluation method and the reliability of the instrument was determined by the retest reliability method, During the process of qualitative content analysis by thematic analysis in six steps with the approach of Clark and Brown (1996), development policies were identified. In order to identify the priority of development indicators, 7 people from the statistical sample participated in the ranking in the qualitative section using the OPA multi-criteria decision-making method. The results of the research showed that the main themes of fundamental, applied, national and transnational policies and sub-themes in the form of cost effectiveness and economic power policy, optimization of resources and infrastructure, strengthening of talent and elitism, income generation and commercialization, meritocracy and expertise Leadership, innovative thinking and central education, transparency and financial health, multi-dimensional and macro development model, outsourcing and transfer of government administration, all-round and targeted support, cultural building and national unity, focus on internal strength and resilience, expansion of international relations. and globalization and the most important priority was the outsourcing and transfer of public administration.

Synthesizig the influential factors on sports and physical activity for the elderly in Iran. This research follows a qualitative research methodology and is categorized as a meta-synthesis study. The study population consisted of qualitative studies in Persian and English available in the country's academic databases and university libraries from the years 2011 to 2021. Fifteen studies were selected for review based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. To collect data from primary research, a designed checklist was utilized. To ensure the quality, validity, and reliability of the extracted codes, the validity of the codes was assessed. The analysis of the primary research involved two stages of coding (open and axial), followed by the aggregation of themes and their classification into broader categories. The findings indicated that sports and physical activity for the elderly in Iran are influenced by five main categories of psychological factors, social factors, cultural factors, economic factors, and organizational factors. Based on this result, it can be concluded that sports and physical activity for the elderly in Iran are influenced by multiple factors, and emphasizing a single criterion or specific indicator alone cannot facilitate the participation of the elderly in sports.

This research aims to identify challenges and influential factors in talent management in Iranian futsal academies. The study adopts a postmodern paradigm, and its nature is exploratory and developmental with a qualitative approach. Participants included sports management experts, informed stakeholders, national team coaches, and Iran's futsal premier league coaches. Data were collected through in-depth and semi-structured interviews. After data analysis, 33 initial statements were categorized into four dimensions of talent management challenges: technical and specialized weaknesses, managerial weaknesses, human resource weaknesses, and structural weaknesses. Additionally, 10 main themes and 26 concepts emerged from the initial coding, representing influential factors in talent management in football academies. These factors encompass political factors, individual skills, social factors, educational and research factors, structural factors, motivational factors, economic and financial factors, technical and specialized factors, managerial factors, and organizational factors. The support of the Football Federation and the Ministry of Sports and Education in developing specialized human resources and creating suitable conditions for talent development in futsal can have a significant impact on talent management.
