ارائه الگوی رفع فلات‌زدگی شغلی با رویکرد کارراهه شغلی در بین کارکنان فدراسیون فوتبال عراق

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی رفع فلات‌زدگی شغلی با رویکرد کارراهه شغلی در بین کارکنان فدراسیون فوتبال عراق می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی پیمایشی و از نظر ماهیت ترکیبی از نوع کیفی و کمی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی را خبرگان اجرایی که آشنایی کامل با مدیریت ورزشی داشتند، تشکیل دادند که تعداد 15 نفر از استادان گروه‌های مدیریت ورزشی و مدیریت بازرگانی به‌عنوان نمونه جهت مصاحبه انتخاب شد. همچنین در بخش کمی جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان فدراسیون فوتبال عراق به تعداد 173 نفر می‌باشد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی دردسترس، 120 نفر به‌عنوان حجم کل نمونه تعیین گردید. داده‌های تحقیق با روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی و با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه و پرسشنامه گردآوری شده است که پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شده و مطلوب می‌باشد. روایی از نوع محتوایی بود که مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از رویکرد تحلیل تم و تکنیک دلفی و در بخش کمی از روش معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SmartPLS استفاده شده است. براساس ادبیات پژوهش و نظرات تخصصی خبرگان در مجموع 59 عامل شناسایی شده است. برای غربال شاخص‌ها و شناسایی شاخص‌های نهایی از رویکرد دلفی فازی استفاده شده است. 52 شاخص در راند اول، 48 شاخص در راند دوم و 43 شاخص در راند سوم استخراج شده است. متغیرهای اثرگذار بر رفع فلات‌زدگی شغلی با رویکرد کارراهه شغلی در بین کارکنان فدراسیون فوتبال عراق در قالب چهار بعد اصلی فردی (عوامل جمعیت شناختی ارزش‌های فردی رضایت کارکنان، شخصیت کارکنان عزت‌نفس و عجین شدن با شغل)، سازمانی (حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده عدالت سازمانی ادراک شده، جو و فرهنگ‌سازمانی، هویت‌سازمانی ارتقای شغلی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی)، شغلی (فرسودگی شغلی، شرایط کاری شغلی، پلیس مهارت‌ها و شایستگی‌های شغلی امنیت شغلی و تنوع شغلی) و محیطی (عوامل اقتصادی و فرهنگ مراجعان)، شناسایی شد.
