The purpose of this study was services market segmentation of sport private complex based on customer perception of quality. The Research was conducted by descriptive- survey method. The statistical population was customers of sport complex of Gas national corporate that used services for 6 months. A survey on 156 users of the services offered at private gyms. Standard survey of Sport Serve by Theodorakis et al (2001) was used and content validity of that was approved by panel of experts, including 5 university professors in sports management and in this study reliability was 0/95(p<0/005). For data analysis, the Kolmogorov Smirnov, t independently and T2 Hotelling test were used. To determine and clustering the items of the questionnaire, exploratory factor analysis was used with KMO index and the Bartlett test was used to assess the goodness of fit model. The percentage of variance explained by each factor and the model were used as a predictive index (p <0/05). The results show that the demographic characteristics of age, sex, marital status, number of years of membership, can be used for market segmentation. However, segmenting the number of use at a month and customer income variables were not significant (p>0/005). Thereby, managers would enjoy the benefits of these results.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of Person-Job fit on innovative work behaviour with mediating role of person-organization fit among staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research method was descriptive correlation. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the official staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth (335 people). Based on the Morgan table, 180 individuals were selected as the sample of the study. The data collection tools were three standard questionnaires including Person-Job fit questionnaire of Vogel & Feldman (2009), person-organization fit questionnaire (2008), and innovative work behavior of De Jong & Den Hartog (2008). The reliability of the questionnaires were determined by the researcher using Cronbach's alpha, 0.89, 0.89, and 0.91 respectively, and their content validity was confirmed by eight sports management professors. Data were analyzed using SPSS22 and LISREL8/7 software. Inferential statistics such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov test were used to determine the nature of the data, and pearson correlation parametric method and path analysis model were used to determine the relationships. The results showed that the Person-Job fitness on the innovative work behaviour with the coefficient of influence 0/55 has a positive effect. The fit of the person-organization fit has a positive effect on the innovative work behaviour with the coefficient of influence 0/49. It can also be argued that person-organization fit approach plays a mediating role with a coefficient of effect 0/31 for the effect of Person-Job fit on innovative work behaviour. As a result, managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth need to emphasize both person-work and person-organization fit to enhance their innovative work behaviour.

The purpose of present research was to study the effect of organizational climate on organizational enthusiasm and silence with the role of glass cluster mediation among female employees. The research method is descriptive-survey. The sample consisted of 110 female employees. Organizational climate was assessed by Organizational Climate Questionnaire (SUSMAN), Organizational Silence with Harlow's Questionnaire (2001) and Saloon's Eagerness (2001). The Rock Climat Questionnaire, which was developed by Babaei Zakliki (2006), was used. The findings showed the effect of organizational climate on increasing organizational eagerness and reducing organization silence and glass rocks. The causal coefficients of the paths between the three main structures of the study indicate the indirect effect of organizational climate (through the glass cliffs mediator) on increasing the enthusiasm and reducing organizational silence. According to the results of the research, glass cliffs can negatively affect occupation. In other words, the more women of the society in their working environment feel the glass cliffs, their desire to work decreases.

The purpose of this research was to determining the Mediating Role Social Capital in the causal Effects professional ethics of the managers on the citizenship civic moral among football clubs fans in Premier League Football of Iran. The research method is descriptive correlational. The statistical population of this research was all the fans of the national football league in 1397, watch their favorite football team matches. Using the sample size formula for an unlimited society, 320 people were selected as samples, three questionnaires were used to collect information: Eidi and colleagues' professional ethics questionnaire (1395), the researcher-made citizenship ethics questionnaire and Goshal and Nahapit social capital questionnaire (2002). Collected data were analyzed by inferential methods such as Pearson correlation coefficient, Sobel test and structural equation model. The results of the research showed that there is a significant relationship between professional ethics and its components and social social capital (r=0/717) and its components with the citizens' ethics (r=0/581) of the supporters. The AMOS software outlets indicate the fitting suitability of the structural model. (NFI=0/9، IFI=0/97، RMSEA=0/07 و CFI=0/97 indicate the fit of the structural model). According to the results: The Sobol Amount statistic is equal to 8/314, which is at 99% confidence level, Significant reporting was reported (P-Value≤0.05). It seems that social capital of the club can act as a mediating variable between the managers' ethics and civil ethics and the citizenship of the fans, and professional ethics, thereby, reveal their effects on the ethics of the citizenry of the fans.

One of the most popular ways to play video games is to sports games. Therefore the purpose of this article is designing a Conceptual Model of Young People's Attitudes toward Sporting Computer Games. First, by means of the Grounded theory of the foundation and the method of encoding the Glazer, through an interview with 23 experts in this field of scientific activity, Physical education students who had a history of online games and sport clubs executives, coded. 6 The category of "addiction to the game", "mental imagery", "sense of competition", "excitement", "club group" and "sense of excellence" were the main reasons for young people to play computer games. Then a conceptual model was drawn. To confirm the conceptual model derived from the Grounded foundation theory, a questionnaire was developed based on the results of the research and among those who at least once experienced computer games, they were distributed electronically and in person in a sampling compartment. A total of 120 questionnaires were collected and completed. The software version 3 of the conceptual model was tested using the software, which validated the results of the confirmatory factor analysis, conceptual model. Finally, around the categories discussed and suggestions for future research on ways to be useful for young people.

A sample was determined for this population. The data was collected from a self-questionaryperformed by the author for evaluating coaches' knowledge about first aids, that its content certaintywas 90% and its reliability was determined by Chronbach's alpha coefficient (95%). The findings fromanalysis data showed that the knowledge level for most of men coaches was low (43.90%) and for mostof women coaches was in a middle level (48.50 %). Moreover, there is a significant correlation betweenknowledge level and graduation degree (P<%5 ) but there isn't any significant relationship betweenknowledge level with coaching experiment and coaches' ages (P> %5). In regard to critical role ofcoaches in developing sports and unavoidability of injuries in sports, it seems necessary to try for firstaids instruction in different courses of coaching.

The research method was qualitative and derived from data (study of articles and documents and purposeful snowball interview) and the use of Delphi method. The statistical population in this study was sports management professors with outstanding executive, scientific and research background. Data collection continued until the theoretical saturation of the data with semi-structured interviews. In order to analyze the data, a systematic method based on the Strauss and Corbin model including three-step open, axial, selective and Delphi coding was used. Coding results in the model, 5 dimensions and 12 variables, causal conditions with two variables (scientific-social responsibility and environmental dynamics and organizational mission), intervention conditions into four variables (reproductive growth centers, information systems, industry relations and Customers and competitors), contextual conditions with two variables (role of government and structure and context), strategies with two variables (top management and leadership, human resources) and consequences with two variables (role of fourth generation physical education faculty and quality Educational and research) identified. According to the research results, the need to use a native model of the fourth generation physical education faculty, to a large extent, the gaps in the commercialization of scientific research of physical education faculties, as the most important feature of the fourth generation university, seems necessary
