Rapid changes in technology and environmental conditions today have forced sports firms to adapt to new market conditions and achieve higher performance using their capabilities and resources. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of marketing, innovation and learning capabilities on the performance of small and medium sizes sports enterprises. The statistical population of the study consists of active entrepreneurs in related fields of the sports industry (production and service) that 169 persons were selected and tested by Cochran formula and randomly. In this study, questionnaires have been used to collect the data. The analysis of the survey model has been done using Lisrel software. The results show that each of the marketing, innovation and learning capabilities has a direct and significant impact on the performance of sports enterprises. Therefore, marketing, innovation, and learning capabilities can be identified as essential factors in the competitive advantage and performance of sports enterprises.

The present study aimed to determine the mediating role of knowledge management in the relationship between information and communication technology and organizational culture with organizational learning in Iranian sports federations. the research method was correlation descriptive and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the heads and experts of the country's sports federations in 1398 (N =750), who were selected as the sample by simple random sampling (256 people) according to Morgan table. Data collection tools were the standard questionnaire for Hernandez et al.'s ICT, Lawson Knowledge management Questionnaire (2003), organizational learning (Pham & Swierczek, 2006), organizational culture (Quinn & Cameron, 2011). Structural equation modeling of variance-based approach using PLS software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the greatest effect was on the impact of organizational culture on knowledge management. Organizational culture had a relatively high impact on organizational learning. The mediating role of knowledge management was confirmed in the relationship between organizational culture and organizational learning, however, it was not confirmed in the relationship between information and communication technology with organizational learning. It is suggested that in Iranian sports federation help to increase and improve organizational learning by promoting information and communication technologies, creating a proper organizational culture and proper knowledge management. Therefore, the federations take a step in the direction of learning growth and become a learning organization and keep up to date with global knowledge.

The aim of this research was Investigating and Prioritizing Factors Affecting Cyberloafing Behavior among Youth and Sport Office Employees in Yazd Province using Artificial Neural Network Technique. This study was an applied research in terms of purpose and a descriptive- survey research in terms of method. The statistical population was the employees of youth and sport office in Yazd province. The statistical sample was selected using simple random sampling method. For gathering data about dependent variable, 22-item cyberloafing behavior scale by Stoddart (2016) was used. Reliability of scale was confirmed by Cronbach’s Alfa and validity of the scale was confirmed by content analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 24. For analysis of data including 23 independent variables and one dependent variable, two types of neural network including MLP and RBF were designed and implemented. Correct percent of cyberloafing prediction in the training, testing and validation data for the MLP neural network was 87.8, 75.0 and 72.7, respectively, and 83.6, 81.8 and 91.7 for the RBF neural network, respectively. The area under the rock for MLP and RBF networks was 0.611 and 0.677 respectively. Comparison of two MLP and RBF neural networks based on rock curve and prediction Correct percent showed that RBF neural network is more effective in forecasting cyberloafing, and the variables Proximity of supervisor, teaching master students, age and locus of control had the greatest impact on cyberloafing.

The purpose of this research is a systematic review of the economic benefits of sports development, which research method is qualitative and practical in terms of purpose, and according to the implementation method, it is a systematic or systematic review. In order to obtain the desired scientific evidence, an electronic search was conducted based on relevant keywords in English sources, the time period selected for searching was between 1995 and 2022, which was used to find English sources in Embase, Scopus, PubMed and Web of Science were systematically searched using keywords related to research, which found 338 articles in the first stage, and after removing duplicates, it was reduced to 302 articles, and in the next stage, the abstract and title of the articles were examined. Another 183 articles were removed and the number of articles was reduced to 119 articles, and finally, taking into account the entry and exit criteria designed in this research and going through the Prisma checklist, 15 articles were systematically reviewed and carefully examined. . Based on the results obtained, it seems that the main challenge around the world is to create a public health culture, which can be achieved only with macro and strategic planning in the field of developing sports and physical activity with prioritization in the public sports sector. The necessary infrastructure in the production of equipment and public sports facilities, as well as paying attention to the infrastructure of championship sports, will not be achieved.

Designing ambush marketing model in Islamic Republic of Iran Football Premier LeagueNowadays, one of the main factors influencing economy in the world is sport. For this purpose, in recent years, commercial support of athletic events has increased continuously. It is believed that popularity of marketing through financial support has resulted in emergence of a new marketing strategy called ambush marketing. Events such as Football Premier League competitions is an ideal condition for special marketing activities such as ambush marketing, a strategy in marketing knowledge which pays attention to the efforts of business competitors to enhance its position. Present research has been compiled with the objective of designing ambush marketing model in Football Premier League of Islamic Republic of Iran. Qualitative research method is considered a post-modern research method according to descriptive survey strategy. Research statistical population includes all sport marketing experts who were selected for interview using purposive and snowball sampling methods. 15 experts in the field of sport management and marketing are regarded as the sample volume. Reliability and validity of research was confirmed by related experts. In order to analyze gathered data, descriptive (frequency percentage, Shannon formula) and hidden content analysis techniques were applied in the format of phenomenological strategy using MAXQDA18software. Findings indicate economic and financial, social, media, management, legal, ambush marketing tactics and strategies including motivational and ethical factors are factors influencing ambush marketing. Sponsors and organizers of event disapprove ambush marketing and believe that effective standards should be established to prevent its prevalence.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to develop a model of factors affecting the spatial planning of sports Infrastructure in Tehran Municipality. The statistical population consisted of managers and staff experts of the Sports Organization, experts of physical education departments of 22 regions, and managers of sports complexes and other Tehran municipal organizations related to the research. According to the sample size, the available sampling method was used, which analyzed the opinions of 237 people. To achieve the objectives of the research, a 69-item researcher-made questionnaire was used, the face and content validity of which was confirmed by 15 experts in sports and urban management, and the construct validity was checked and confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated in a pilot study with 30 subjects and Cronbach's alpha of 0.87. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis with Varimax rotation were used to analyze the data using SPSS software version 22 and Amos. The results of the present study showed that physical and infrastructural factors with a coefficient of 0.82 have a greater impact on the organization of municipal sports facilities. After that, financial factors (0.77), socio-cultural factors (0.76), and managerial factors (0.65) are effective in planning. According to the results of Tehran Municipality managers for planning and designing sports Infrastructure can use the process of spatial planning facilities, and various aspects to develop infrastructure, which conclusively by following this process will lead to sustainable urban development.

The present study was conducted to model the development of sports businesses with an e-commerce approach. From the methodological point of view, the present study is of mixed type (quantitative and qualitative). The statistical population included sports management experts and specialists familiar with business and e-commerce. Targeted sampling methods and theoretical saturation index were used for sampling and 24 experts and experts were interviewed. In the qualitative section, the Delphi technique was used in three stages, so that the findings of all two of them were presented in three stages and the first three were used. To confirm this, the retest method was used and the results showed that the relationship between the percentage of agreement within the subject is equal to 0.92, which is appropriate. After identifying the factors affecting the development of sports businesses with the e-commerce approach, the factors in the matrix table were compiled as a questionnaire and provided to the research sample and they were asked to complete the questionnaires based on the ISM method. To determine the causal relationships of the indicators, the structural-interpretive modeling method was used and Micmac software was used to draw the model. Finally, 7 major categories including legal environment, management, environmental, education and awareness, organizational, cultural and social, and innovation and creativity in the development of sports business models with e-commerce approach were identified.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of ethical leadership style on job well-being with the mediating role of work-family facilitation.This research is a descriptive-correlational study that has been conducted in the field. The statistical population of this study consisted of all physical education teachers in Sari (N = 190). Statistical sample was determined using G-Power software 118 people who were selected by simple random sampling. Parker & Heath (2011), Brown Ethical Leadership, Torino Harrison (2005) and Holbrook (2005) Family Facilitation Questionnaires were used to collect data after validation and reliability. Data were analyzed using the partial least squares method.The results showed that ethical leadership has a positive and significant effect on work-family facilitation and job well-being. Ethical leadership style also indirectly affects job well-being through work-family facilitation.According to the findings of the present study, it is recommended to the officials of education departments and school principals to use new leadership approaches to improve the welfare of teachers, deal with life problems and maintain the balance of family and work life.

The purpose of this study is to compile the sociological framework of cultural capital in Iranian sports.The qualitative research method was chosen with the approach of sociological analysis of sports phenomena.The participants include two parts of human resources and information resources. It was relevant and valid. It was done with a sufficient number of participants, purposefully and based on reaching theoretical saturation(16people and 63documents).The research tool included semi-structured exploratory interviews along with a systematic library study.The validity of the tool was evaluated and confirmed based on the scientific merit of the sample, the validity of the tool based on the legal and scientific validity of the sample, the opinion of experts and the agreement between the correctors.In order to analyze the findings, a multi-stage conceptual coding method was used with a systemic and sociological analysis approach.Levels and perspectives in the order of influence-reactivity between their subgroup variables including productive capacities, driving mechanisms, distributional achievements and expected functions of cultural capital in sports. In general, the trustees and stakeholders in the country's sports, in the programs and goals of micro and macro regarding the country's sports and the involvement of cultural capital in the country's sports, should note that the sports-oriented family and lifestyle, sports-oriented education and training, the place of sports in Consider the social class as well as the human capital in sports as productive capacities of cultural capital in the country's sports.

The historical purpose of hosting sports games has been to increase peace and cooperation between countries. Football, as the most popular sport, carries a large share of communication between nations in national games. In this research, a model communication in sports in order to improve the development of cooperation and peace, a case study of the Iranian Football Federation with the Asian Football Confederation is presented. For this purpose, qualitative and quantitative integration method is used, and first, by using experts' interviews, the desired indicators for the current research model were presented, and then, by using regression model, the effect of variables was investigated. Finally, causal and contextual indicators and factors, central phenomena, cultural and social indicators, management procedures and strategies and consequences were recognized as the most important factors affecting the presentation of an effective inter-organizational communication model in sports. .

The main purpose of this study was to investigate of the effect of physical activity on the ethical behaviors of medical students of the University of Medical Sciences: the role of mediator in the use of social networks and individual attitudes about their physical image. The research was descriptive-correlational, and an applied research that was done field-by-field. The statistical population was all students of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. In order to estimate the sample size, Morgan table was used and the sample size was estimated to be 300. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts (15 professors of sports management). The reliability of the questionnaire was also reported using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (physical activity: 0.85, moral behaviors: 0.81, social networking: 0.86 and individual attitude about body image: 0.83). The validity of the validation structure of the questionnaire was also accomplished through analysis of the main components with the varimax rotation. Data analysis was performed using software, Spss version 25 and Amos version 23. The results of the findings indicate that the use of social network variables cannot play a mediator role. Also, the results showed that the individual's attitude about his physical image could have a mediating role. It can be concluded from the results that if students have regular exercise activities, their attitude toward their physical image has increased and this will lead to self-esteem and students will show positive moral behaviors.

A B S T R A C T The purpose of this study is to identify knowledge management maturity barriers along with business in Iranian sports. This research is descriptive-analytical type that has been done in the field and it is in line with applied research. The statistical population included faculty members of sports management of public and Azad universities and specialists of general departments of sports and youth. The sampling method was random-stratified. and a research-made questionnaire was used to collect information. Data analysis was performed using SPSS23, PLS3 software. Social phenomena, in large extents, need following the directing policies and frameworks of economic. Therefore, presenting understandable and applicable models is essential in order to be used as economic strategies. Sport in micro and macro levels, which is considered as a social phenomena, is not an exception and it needs social studies in the fields of Econometrics. As a matter of fact, recent economic policies in Iran have the concept of resistance. Thus, the main purpose of the study is to present a model of institutionalizing the resistance economic in sport. This study implementing a qualitative content analysis and Glizer's approach, conducted 15 semi-structured interviews to take benefit of sport and economic genius and authorities' viewpoint. To clarify the concepts, conceptual model of macro level institutionalizing resistance economic in sport was elicited and presented. Based on findings, eight main factors of sociable, economics, legal, infrastructural, environmental, scientific, technologic and cultural were extracted. In such case, it can be mentioned that in order to accomplish important economic policies in management realms like sport, it is necessary to acculturate and strengthen the intended society, providing soft and hard infrastructures and humanwares , as well as taking benefit from scientific, geographic, local and sociological.

Startups play a key role in reducing unemployment and economic growth. Governments have been turning to college student startups since the early twentieth century.Field Research and Experience The student startups at the universities of the country express the lack of flourishing. The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the growth of sports science startups in Iran using network analysis technique.The statistical population of this study consisted of experts in student startups, professors and students of management of sport science faculties of Iran and were selected as snowball sampling. From in-depth interviews with experts and research backgrounds, 41 factors were identified and classified into 6 clusters as effective factors. The data were analyzed with the help of experts and software from SuperDisign and SPSS. The experts prioritized the clusters in the order of individual founding factors, college learning environment, academic economics, technology and communication, facilities and social and cultural settings. In the overall ranking below the criteria, the Founder of Social Up and Emotional Intelligence Startup was ranked as the most important priority and the family support for sport was the least important. It is recommended to launch a network called Sports Industry and Community Needs to apply student research results and increase student motivation and innovation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and workgroups on mediating the role of organizational commitment on empowerment to predict the job performance of selected sports federations and design its model. The research method is based on a paradigm and considered as trans-positivist research. In terms of strategy and hypotheses, it is descriptive-survey and causal. The statistical population of the study includes the employees of Sports federations in iran. The sampling method in current study was Simple Random Sampling. The cluster sampling method and sample size were determined 115 by Sample Size Determination in Structural Equations and by preprocessing. The validity of the questionnaires were evaluated based on the experts’ opinions in the field of sport management in terms of form and content. After some modifications, the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR) were calculated.The reliability was tested by Cronbach’s alpha Coefficient. The results of data analysis by SPSS and SmartPLS software packages revealed that the Staff training has a significant positive effect on staff empowerment (β = 0/416, t.value = 5.497). On the other hand, organizational commitment has a significant effect on empowerment (β = 0.422, t.value = 5.643). Finally, empowerment influences the job performance of selected sports federations through the influence of training, teamwork, and mediating organizational commitment (β=0.404,t.value=6.002). The variables of staff training and organizational commitment have a very moderate contribution to predicting the empowerment behavior of the staff of the selected sports federations.The adequacy of model was also estimated by the Goodness of Fit test (GOF=0.50), which was an acceptable value.

The aim of this study was to influence the organizational policy on the creativity of the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth by hiding knowledge and the moderating role of professional commitment. The statistical population of the study was 1171 employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Finally, 350 people were selected as a sample by relative stratified random sampling. It is worth mentioning that this research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey. The research tools were Naqshbandi and Mirani (1398) organizational policy questionnaires, George and Zhou (2001) employee creativity, Serenko and Bontis (2016) concealment of knowledge, and Kleikman and Henning (2000) professional commitment. The face and content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by a group of experts and its construct validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. SPSS, SPSS Sample-Power and Amos software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that organizational policy has a negative and significant effect on employee creativity. Organizational policy also has a positive and significant effect on knowledge concealment. Hiding knowledge has a negative and significant effect on creativity. The results showed that organizational policy has a negative and significant effect on employee creativity by hiding knowledge. Professional commitment can also play a moderating role between the impact of organizational policy on knowledge concealment. As creativity is important in the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, managers are encouraged to encourage employees who share their knowledge and increase the professional commitment of the staff.

The main purpose of this study was to identify the effective factors of sports entrepreneurship in Iran. The type of research was fundamental and qualitative. The statistical population consisted of 16 different experts. Sampling was performed using purposive sampling method. To collect data in this study, theoretical foundations were used first and because the topics were not enough, semi-structured interviews were used. In this study, qualitative analysis approaches including open, axial and selective coding were used to analyze the research findings. The results of open coding indicated that 110 initial codes were obtained from the analysis of interviews and documents. The results of axial coding showed that 15 categories were obtained from this coding. Finally, the findings of selective coding included 4 concepts (inhibitory factors, facilitating factors, developmental factors and consequences). The results of the codings showed that the sports entrepreneurship program in Iran is based on various factors. Therefore, when the mechanism of action of these factors is properly identified and diagnosed, we can see the growth and development of sports entrepreneurship program in Iran. Considering these cases, a bright future can be imagined for the sports entrepreneurship program in Iran. Since, from the experts' point of view, the lack of communication between universities and production and industrial centers is considered as one of the important factors. It is suggested that the necessary measures be taken to establish a favorable relationship between the university and industry through the proper education of students in accordance with the needs of industry.

The technique used in this study was data envelopment analysis. The statistical population included the deputies of physical education headquartered in the 31 provinces of Iran. The tool used was a five-valued questionnaire, which was evaluated on the basis of a fuzzy method. The content and face validity of the questionnaire was approved by 14 experts in the field of sports management based on CVR and CVI forms. The results showed that the components of “stuff” with the mean of 43.54 and standard deviation of 19.90, “budget” with the mean of 31.219 and standard deviation of 14.741; “sports capita” with the mean of 0.5909and standard deviation of 0.1153, “public sports” with the mean of 841/67and standard deviation of 385/80, “championship sport” with the mean of 93/29and standard deviation of 60/61,”sports education,”with the mean of 66/73 and standard deviation 21/34، “sports research” with the mean of 77/87and standard deviation of 59/64, “sports events” with the mean of 6021/00and standard deviation of 2364/14, and “training sports”with the mean of 170/35 and standard deviation of 18/06. The results ofSensitivity Analysis Test indicated that the component of “budget” had the most role in the efficiency of the provincial physical education deputies. Moreover, the provinces of Ardabil, Ilam, Tehran, Khorasan Razavi, Northern Khorasan, and Khuzestan enjoyed the necessary efficiency. The outcomes of the sensitivity analysis of inputs and outputs in the BCC model indicated that "budget" and "championship sport", respectively, played greater role in determining the efficiency of the deputies.

Empowerment of female sports managers affects the performance of sports organizations. The purpose of this study was to develop a conceptual model of professional empowerment of female managers in sports organizations. The statistical population included two sections of human resources (managers, professors, etc.) and information resources (books, articles, documents, etc.) related to the research topic. Adequate sampling with a judgmental method based on achieving theoretical saturation (n=17) with research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the instrument was evaluated and confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of the sample, expert opinion and agreement between the correctors. The conceptual model consisted of three consecutive levels of contextual, structural-process and functional (89 components, 22 dimensions and 10 perspectives). Background level in two perspectives of national management and sports environment; A structural-process level component also includes five perspectives; Strategy, system capacity building, information supply, organizational context and job preparation; Functional levels also included perspectives on empowerment, professionalization, and professional empowerment outcomes. Based on the research findings, it can be said that the professional empowerment system for female sports managers is a systematic process from contextual factors to consequences, and its implementation, despite the complex organizational conditions, can have a significant effect on performance and teaching gender justice in the sports organizations.

The present study was conducted to present a model of green social responsibility in sports organizations with a combined approach. In terms of applied purpose, the present study was a research method mixed with consecutive exploratory type and survey collection methods. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes the directors of selected sports federations, some managers of selected sports businesses and professors of selected sports management; These individuals were purposefully selected as standard criteria for qualitative interviews on the subject of research (17 interviews with 17 people and continued until theoretical saturation). The statistical population of the quantitative section is the same as the qualitative section group with more numbers. Out of 128 research samples, 108 correct questionnaires were analyzed. The data collection tool in the present study was a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data of the present study, coding in the qualitative part and the structural equation method in the quantitative part were used. In the qualitative part of the research, it was found that the categories were extracted in the form of 24 concept codes and 6 main categories. In the quantitative part, it was found that the factors of green management and marketing, green recommendations advertising, development of green intellectual capital, humanitarian activity, development of green supply chain, and environment are among the factors affecting green social responsibility in sports organizations. . Managers of sports organizations are advised to use green social responsibility factors in their planning.

This study was designed to conduct a comparative study of strategies for promotion of physical activity in older adults in selected countries and to provide practical strategies in Iran. It is a comparative study with a qualitative strategy. Data have been collected with the technique of documenting using the documents, instructions, articles, research projects and Internet resources in selected countries (USA, Canada, Finland, UK and Japan) and analyzed with Brady's comparative model in four stages. Based on four individual, social, organizational and environmental factors, detailed and valid information of these countries, strategies and practical actions for implementation in Iran were provided. Promoting health literacy, providing access, institutionalizing of older adults’ physical activity, promoting a public culture for older adults’ physical activity , supporting promotion strategies, support and social participation, community acceptance, dual deprivation/benefit, the participation of public and private institutions, the development of macro-management plans, the integration of traditional / modern dual programs, etc. were found . Using the balanced generalizability method, some tactics and practical extraction measures of countries were used as strategies to promote aging sports in Iran. It seems necessary to design and implement a national program and guidelines for aging sports and promote it in our country, which in the coming years will become a country with a large population of older adults.

recent decades, the sports industry, as one of the new industries, has played a productive role in the international economy and has been more effective for macroeconomic investments for any country.The relative advantage of sports goods is one of the above. To determine the most important business partners of Iran, the commercial share of countries in the field of sports goods during 5 years was used. Then, using the Revealed symmetric comparative advantage index, Lafay, Balasa (export) and Proudman and Reading index, the comparative advantage of each country was examined. On average, Bulgaria and Austria had the highest competitive advantage in the export of boats, China in the export of shoes, clothing and miscellaneous goods, and Germany in the export of boats and sporting rifles, based on the Balasa index and the Revealed symmetric comparative advantage. The Proudman and Reading indices also showed that Indonesia had the highest competitive advantage in footwear exports, Iran in clothing exports, the Netherlands in boat exports, Germany in arms exports, and Korea in exporting miscellaneous goods.

The purpose of this study was to The mediating effect of service quality on the relationship between market orientation and business performance of private sports venues. The present study is applied in terms of descriptive-correlational nature. The statistical population of the study was all managers, coaches and graduates of sports active in sports clubs in the western provinces of the country. The statistical sample (N= 384) was selected as a multi-stage. In order to collect data, the market orientation questionnaire (Narvar and Slater, 1990), service quality (Kamali, 1396) and the researcher-made business performance questionnaire were used and the face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts (13 people). Its reliability was also calculated using Cronbach's alpha test (0.95) and combined reliability. Structural equation modeling in PLS3-SPSS24 software has been used to analyze the data and check the model fit. The results showed that market orientation and service quality have a significant effect on the commercial performance of sports venues. Market orientation also has a significant effect on service quality. Finally, the effect of market orientation on business performance was mediated by the quality of service quality. Also, the effect of customer orientation, competitiveness and cross-sectoral coordination dimensions on business performance was significant. According to the results, it can be said that the managers of sports venues must use different market-oriented strategies to achieve successful commercialization of their sports complexes.
