چکیده

استارتاپ ها نقش اساسی در کاهش بحران بیکاری و رشد اقتصادی کشورها را دارا هستند. دولت ها از اوایل قرن بیستم، به استارتاپ های دانشجویان دانشگاه روی آوردند. پژوهش ها و تجربیات میدانی عدم شکوفایی استارت اپ ها دانشجویی در دانشگاههای کشور را بیان می کند. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر رشد استارت آپ های دانشجویان علوم ورزشی کشور با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل شبکه است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را متخصصین استارت آپ های دانشجویی، اساتید و دانشجویان مدیریت دانشکده های علوم ورزشی کشور تشکیل و به صورت نموته گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. از میان مصاحبه‏های عمیق با خبرگان و پیشینه پژوهش تعداد 41 عامل شناسایی و در 6 خوشه بعنوان عوامل موثر دسته بندی شدند. با مشارکت خبرگان و نرم افزار های سوپر دسیژن و اس پی اس اس داده ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. خبرگان خوشه ها را به ترتیب: عوامل فردی موسس، محیط آموزشی دانشکده، اقتصادی دانشگاهی، تکنولوژی و ارتباطات، امکانات و تسهیلات و فرهنگی اجتماعی اولویت بندی کردند. در رتبه بندی کلی زیر معیار ها، معیار هوش اجتماعی و هیجانی موسس استارت آپ مهمترین اولویت و افزایش طرفداری خانواده ها از ورزش با کمترین اهمیت اولویت بندی شد. پیشنهاد می شود شبکه ای تحت عنوان نیازمندی های صنعت ورزش و افراد جامعه، جهت بکارگیری نتایج تحقیقات دانشجویی و افزایش انگیزه و نوآوری توسط استارت آپ های دانشجویی راه اندازی گردد.
