چکیده

هدف این تحقیق بررسی نقش مصرف رسانه‌ای بر انجام فعالیت بدنی براساس الگوی سلامت و سواد بدنی ادراک شده در دانش آموزان ایران با ارائه الگوی کاربردی بود. در این تحقیق از روش پیمایش کمی و مدلیابی معادله ساختاری استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه دانش آموزان 11 تا 19 ساله کل کشور بود که با استفاده روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای تعداد 384 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهای تحقیق از سه پرسشنامه مصرف رسانه‌ای، سواد بدنی ادراک‌شده PPLI)) ریموند سان و همکاران (2018) و فعالیت بدنی براساس الگوی سلامت پندر استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوی پرسشنامه‌ها مورد تأیید و پایایی آن‌ها با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 934/0 و 970/0 و 834/0 به دست آمد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌های تحقیق با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری Spss و نرم‌افزار Amos از آزمون کلمو گروف اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل یابی معادله ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مصرف رسانه‌ای بر دانش و درک، ارتباط با دیگران و اعتماد به نفس دانش آموزان تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد (P= 0.001). مصرف رسانه‌ای بر تغییر رفتار ، فواید درک شده،، خودکارآمدی دانش آموزان، موانع درک شده دانش آموزان، تأثیر معناداری دارد (P= 0.001). بنابراین می‌توان گفت مصرف رسانه‌ها سبب ارتقاء سطح فعالیت بدنی براساس الگوی سلامت دانش آموزان و توسعه سواد حرکتی می‌شود. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود رسانه‌ها بخصوص رسانه‌های ورزشی در برنامه‌ها خود به برنامه های ورزشی مبتنی بر فعالیت های بدنی کودکان توجه ویژه‌ای داشته باشند..
