چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر کارآفرینی ورزشی درایران بود. نوع پژوهش، بنیادی و به شیوۀ کیفی بود. جامعه آماری شامل 16 نفر از صاحب‌نظران مختلف بودند. نمونه‌گیری با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش ابتدا از مبانی نظری استفاده گردید و چون مباحث کافی نبود از مصاحبة نیمه‌ساختاریافتهاستفاده شد. در این مطالعه جهت تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌های پژوهش از رویکردهای تحلیل کیفی که شامل کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی می‏باشد، استفاده شد. نتایج کدگذاری باز بیانگر آن بود که 110 کد اولیه حاصل از تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها و اسناد به دست آمده است. نتایج کد گذاری محوری بیانگر این بود که 15 مقوله از این کدگذاری به دست آمد. در نهایت یافته‌های حاصل از کدگذاری گزینشی شامل 4 مفهوم (عوامل بازدارنده، عوامل تسهیل‌کننده، عوامل توسعه‌دهنده و پیامدها) بود. نتایج حاصل از کدگذاری‌ها نشان داد که برنامه کارآفرینی ورزشی درایران بر مبنای عوامل مختلفی قرار دارد. لذا زمانی که مکانیسم اثر این عوامل به‌درستی شناسایی و تشخیص داده شوند می‌توان شاهد رشد و بالندگی برنامه کارآفرینی ورزشی درایران بود. با توجه به این موارد می‎توان آینده‌ای روشنی را برای برنامه کارآفرینی ورزشی درایران تصور کرد.از آنجایی که از دیدگاه متخصصان فقدان ارتباط میان دانشگاه-ها و مراکز تولیدی و صنعتی یکی از عوامل مهم تلقی می‌شود. پیشنهاد می‌شود اقدامات لازم در جهت برقرار ارتباط مطلوب بین دانشگاه و صنعت از طریق آموزش صحیح دانشجویان مطابق با نیازهایصنعت صورت گیرد.
