The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of sports product sharing in cyberspace on consumer buying behavior. The present study was conducted in the framework of a qualitative approach and the required data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The statistical population was 14 people, including professors of sports management (8 people), doctoral students of sports management (4 people) and professors of marketing group (2 people). Targeted sampling and data were obtained through in-depth and open interviews. It was used for reliability through intra-subject agreement, which was 0.74. After conducting interviews and collecting information, the codes obtained in different sections were analyzed and after performing the three steps of open, central and selective coding of the final model, the researchers obtained this article. In the causal section, effective social factors, effective individual factors, and advertising techniques were identified as effective conditions. The underlying factor of cyberspace conditions and the impact on consumer behavior was identified. Interventional conditions, including customer satisfaction assessment, time and after-sales service control, payment terms, and network security, were determined. Strategies include product quality, trust, controlling people's attitudes, and factors influencing re-purchasing. Ultimately, the result of this research is to control the purchasing behavior and improve the organization's production, based on which the final research model is designed.

To respond appropriately to the changing environment and achieve goals, sports organizations need to develop and nurture the professional skills of their employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the consequences of human resource development on employees' productivity in the Ministry of Sport and Youth. Regarding practical purposes and data collection, this research is descriptive and correlational. The Ministry of Sports and Youth employees are the populations of this study (N = 856) and the sample size was selected using the Cochran formula (n = 268). Researcher-made questionnaire and Hersey-Goldsmith’s productivity questionnaire (1994) were used for data collection. In descriptive statistics, data analysis was performed by mean and standard deviation. In the inferential statistics section, structural equation modeling was performed by PLS and regression methods. Based on the results, human resource development (organizational, occupational, individual, and development strategies) had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity; moreover, development strategies and occupational factors were more prominent. If the Ministry of Sports and Youth seeks to increase the productivity of its employees, it is necessary to pay much attention to the development of human resources as one of the influential factors.

Coaching is a process in which the coaches influence on athletes, in order to take place their desired reaction. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between leadership behaviors dimensions of choaches with success motivation, and motivation to avoid failure of women players of volleyball teams in Khuzestan Province. This research was a descriptive correlational survey method. The population study, were 122 women's volleyball team in Khuzestan in 1391 who were considered as examples by using census method. The data was collected by Chelladurai’ (1980) questionnaire on the leadership sport scale with validity and reliability 0/75 and 0/87 and Willis’ (1989) fitness attitudes questionnaire with validity and reliability 0/57 and 0/73. Data analysis, is carried out by descriptive and inferential statistics (the Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis) in p ≤ 0/05. The results showed that coaches used to apply social support behaviors most and least authoritarian behavior. Similarly, there was a significant positive correlation between behavior training, social support and positive feedback with motivation success, and a significant negative correlation with players' motivation to avoid failure. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the behavior of social support, motivation, success, and avoid failure can be predicated. Therefore, the present findings suggest that coaches use the social support behaviors in order to provide the main motivation and the better functions.

Staff’s empowerment is one of the most effective techniques for optimum use of their potentials and abilities to achieving organizational goals. The goal of this research was studying the effect of in-service training courses on empowerment of physical education training. The statistical society of this research was all women and men physical education training in 3 levels of primary, secondary and high school in Ahvaz city (N= 398), that statistical sample was determined by using of Morgan table (n=200) This research is descriptive-corrolational type and was conducted by field research. For data collection has used of Naderi empowerment adjustment questionnaire (2007). In addition to, formal and contend verifying of questionnaire that certified by masters of physical education faculty, also, verifying of questionnaire structure has done by using of exploratory factor analysis and varimax gyration (KMO=0.882). The questionnaire stability reported (0.987) in kronbakh alpha method. The data analysis has done by using of kolmogroph-smearof test, Freidman test, multiple regression analysis (α=0.05). The result of research shows, generally, there is a positive and significance relation between (r=0.16, sig=0.003).in-service training courses had the most effect on the dimensions of (Responsibility, competition, choosing strategy and learning) and there is multiple relation between different dimensions of empowerment with in-service training courses. In addition just, research dimension (p=0.001, t=3.39) is qualified for prediction of on duty training courses of physical education trainers. Also, the amount of empowerment increasing on effect of in-service training courses between women trainers was more than men trainers. Also, results of multiple regression showed among several in service training, especialcoursesare most predictive for teacher’s empowerment
