The aim of this study was to influence the organizational policy on the creativity of the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth by hiding knowledge and the moderating role of professional commitment. The statistical population of the study was 1171 employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Finally, 350 people were selected as a sample by relative stratified random sampling. It is worth mentioning that this research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey. The research tools were Naqshbandi and Mirani (1398) organizational policy questionnaires, George and Zhou (2001) employee creativity, Serenko and Bontis (2016) concealment of knowledge, and Kleikman and Henning (2000) professional commitment. The face and content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by a group of experts and its construct validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. SPSS, SPSS Sample-Power and Amos software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that organizational policy has a negative and significant effect on employee creativity. Organizational policy also has a positive and significant effect on knowledge concealment. Hiding knowledge has a negative and significant effect on creativity. The results showed that organizational policy has a negative and significant effect on employee creativity by hiding knowledge. Professional commitment can also play a moderating role between the impact of organizational policy on knowledge concealment. As creativity is important in the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, managers are encouraged to encourage employees who share their knowledge and increase the professional commitment of the staff.
