Abstract

The purpose of the current research was to design a lean startup approach model in Sports start-up companies in Iran.This research is part of exploratory research in terms of its purpose, in terms of the result of an applied research and in terms of data type, it is a qualitative-quantitative research.In terms of the method, it is of a descriptive-survey type and based on the approach, inductive-comparative and its strategy is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, which is practical in the design phase of the conceptual model, fundamental and in the test phase of the conceptual model in new sports companies.The statistical population in the qualitative section included 20 experts in the field of entrepreneurship and start-up, who were selected by a purposeful method of judgment; And in the quantitative part, based on Morgan's table, 317 CEOs, senior technology managers, sales managers, senior marketing managers, senior financial managers, public relations persons, business development managers, customer service representatives, who have expertise and executive experience and They were managerial or experienced in consulting and training in the field of new and start-up companies and were selected as a statistical sample using a stratified random method.The analysis of the findings of the qualitative part was based on the foundation data method with MAXQDA 2022 software, and the quantitative part was based on confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling based on the SPSS 29 software.The results show that the strategic model design pattern has an important effect on the evaluated variables and the results are meaningful and the quantitative part confirmed all the qualitative parts based on the structural equation model pattern.
