Authors retain copyright for all work published in ARSM.
First publication rights for original work accepted for publication are granted to ARSM, but copyright remains with the authors.

Exceptions
Exceptions to the application of the CC BY-NC license may be granted at the discretion of the journal editors in reasonable extenuating circumstances.

Additional Agreements

Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary copyright permissions for any third-party material included in their manuscript.
Written evidence of permission must be provided upon acceptance of the manuscript.
