بررسی عوامل تنش‌زای شغلی و سازمانی کادر فنی تیم‌های شرکت‌کننده در شانزدهمین دوره مسابقات والیبال جوانان آسیا

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل تنش‌زای شغلی و سازمانی کادر فنی تیم­های شرکت‌کننده در شانزدهمین دوره مسابقات والیبال جوانان آسیا در شهر ارومیه است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. جامعه و نمونه آماری تحقیق را کادر فنی کلیه تیم‌های شرکت‌کننده در این مسابقات تشکیل می‌دادند (44 نفر). ابزار اندازه­گیری پژوهش پرسشنامه روا و پایای استرس‌سنج ایوانکویچ و ماتسون در دو بخش؛ پرسشنامه عوامل تنش‌زای شغلی شامل 16 سؤال (88/0 =α) و پرسشنامه عوامل تنش‌زای سازمانی شامل 30 سؤال (95/0=α) بود. نتایج آمار توصیفی نشان داد که نقش عوامل تنش­زای سازمانی بیشتر از عوامل تنش­زای شغلی است. از بین عوامل تنش‌زای شغلی مؤلفه فشار زمانی و از بین عوامل تنش‌زای سازمانی مؤلفه نظام توسعه منابع انسانی بیش‌ترین تأثیر را در ایجاد استرس بر مربیان مورد بررسی داشته است. همچنین نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که دو عامل استرس‌زای شغلی و سازمانی با یکدیگر دارای رابطه مثبت و معنی‌دار هستند (01/0 P
