تدوین مدل مدیریت دانش بر اساس آمادگی سازمانی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان

چکیده

هدف از تحقیق حاضر تدوین مدل مدیریت دانش بر اساس آمادگی سازمانی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود. این تحقیق از نوع همبستگی بود که داده‌های آن به شیوه میدانی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری گردید. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان در سال 95 می‌باشد که به تعداد 890 نفر (569 مرد،321 زن) هستند. به ازای هر پارامتر آزاد 5 نفر منظور شد که به این ترتیب حجم نمونه 350 نفر معین گردید. نمونه‌گیری به روش تصادفی ساده انجام گرفت. ابزار اندازه‌گیری برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه آمادگی سازمانی و مدیریت دانش می‌باشد که روایی صوری پرسشنامه‌ها مورد تأیید 15 تن از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی همچنین پایانی آن‌ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه آمادگی سازمانی و مدیریت دانش به ترتیب 0/78 α= و 0/75 α= مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون دوجمله‌ای و با استفاده از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری از طریق نرم‌افزار Smart-PLS تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که آمادگی سازمانی بر مدیریت دانش کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان اثر مثبت و معنی‌دار داشته است (t= 3/221 p
