Abstract

The aim of the current research is to develop a performance evaluation model for the sports programs of the provincial broadcasting centers based on the 720-degree feedback system. This research was carried out in two modes, the outer layer and the inner layer of the society. The statistical population in the internal layer was colleagues, managers, subordinates and internal customers and in the external layer the beneficiaries, suppliers, family and external customers. First, in order to identify indicators, interviews with fourteen knowledgeable elites were used, and from open, central and selective coding, 83 open codes, 20 central codes and 7 selective codes were finally obtained. In the quantitative stage, a questionnaire was prepared, according to the Morgan table and according to the estimate, 196 questionnaires in the internal layer and 384 questionnaires in the external layer were distributed and collected in two stages. Performing the necessary calculations in the software while confirming the relationships between the existing variables in the structural model indicates that the items or indicators can be a suitable tool for measuring and evaluating the performance of provincial sports programs according to experts.
