Strategic factors of the current situation of the swimming, diving and water polo federation in Iran and providing solutions for its development based on the SWOT-QSPM model.

The aim of the research was to strategically identify the current situation of the swimming federation, diving water polo in Iran and to provide solutions for its development based on the SWOT-QSPM model of Iranian swimming sports. research according to the subject of strategic studies; In terms of practical purpose and in terms of method, it is of descriptive type, The participants were experts in the field of Iranian swimming. Using the snowball sampling method, 20 people were considered as a sample, and the sampling continued until the theoretical saturation was reached regarding the analysis of the current state of Iranian swimming. The research tool was researcher-made checklists, whose formal and content validity was confirmed by experts, and its reliability was also confirmed with Cronbach's alpha test of 0.86. . The Iran Swimming, Diving and Water Polo Federation has five major goals, including 1- Improving the quality of education, 2- Spreading swimming in society, 3- Developing championship sports, promoting professional sports, 4- Developing business in this field, 5- Deepening and strengthening the spirit of chivalry. And it was ethical. The approach of the Iranian Swimming, Diving and Water Polo Federation's strategies was based on the situation evaluation matrix and strategic action in a competitive position. Therefore, the development and generalization of championship sports activities and events and the training of professional and experienced trainers who are familiar with the precise and scientific principles of training in maintaining the status quo in competitive conditions were chosen as a priority strategy.
