Abstract
The policies governing Iraq's public sports require planning and special attention for sustainable growth and development, and one of the important measures to fulfill the mission of sports organizations in Iraq is to have comprehensive and complete strategies based on the sustainable development of Iraq. Therefore, in this research, by using a qualitative approach and interviewing 19 qualified experts and identifying political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental links (causal, contextual, structural, strategic and consequent) including 5 main categories of identification became. Also, based on the results of qualitative data analysis from the interview; The axes of political links on the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq, economic links on the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq, social links on the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq, technology links on the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq, links A law on the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq and environmental links on the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq was revealed by including 103 open codes in the matter of designing a paradigm model for the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq. Therefore, with the presented model, it is possible to present a systematic program based on sustainable development for Iraq's public sports.
