Abstract

Background and Objective;:the purpose of this study was to investigate effect of 8 weeks aerobic, resistance and concurrent training on cholestrol, LDL, HDL and cardiovascular fitness in obesity male.
Subject and Methods: Forty-eight male were selected as subjects and they divided in to four groups randomly; aerobic training (n=12) resistance training (n=12), concurrent training (n=12), control (n=12) groups. The exercise training was performed including aerobic, resistance and concurrent training for eight weeks. Blood sample, was taken in base line, and after 8 weeks exercise training. After 48 hours, vo2peak was measured using by balk test. Data were analyzed using by mean and standard deviation for statistical description, and analysis of on-way Anova test and pair test for inferential analysis of data )P≤0.05).
Results: The result showed 8 weeks of regular exercise significantly decrease levels of cholestrol, and LDL. 8 weeks of regular exercise no significantly of levels  HDL. Vo2pmax after 8 weeks of regular exercise had significantly increased.
Conclusion: In conclusion, aerobic, resistance and concurrent  training for eight in obesity mal can have beneficial effects on somecardiovascular risk factors. HDL response to resistance training is affected by the training intensity Seems to perform concurrent training to implement only esistance or endurance training the higher efficacy on cardiovascular risk factors - vascular.
