Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to design a model for the participation of state sports organizations in the sports sector for all, in line with the government's state-of-the-art health policy. The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees, governmental sports organizations in the sports sector for all (N = 192). Based on the Cochran formula, 130 people were randomly selected for research sample. In order to achieve the research goals, a researcher-made questionnaire of 41 questions was used. Its face and content validity was confirmed by 12 university professors and its validity was verified and verified by a confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was also calculated in a preliminary study with 30 subjects and with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.88. To analyze the data, descriptive statistical methods such as frequency distribution table and inferential statistical methods such as: Kolmogorov Smirnov, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and analyzing the relationships of hidden variables using two SPSS software. V. 20 and EQS. V. 6.2. The findings of the study showed that in the model of participation of state sports organizations in the field of sports development for all, three management, structural, organizational and environmental factors, along with their 15 components, are involved. Also, the model of the participation of state sports organizations in the sports sector was good for everyone.
