نقش میانجی‌گری مهارت‌های کارآفرینانه دانشجویان علوم ورزشی در تأثیر جهت گیری کارآفرینانه بر قصد و خود کامیابی راه اندازی کسب و کار ورزشی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر جهتگیری کارآفرینانه بر قصد کارآفرینانه و خودکامیابی راه‌اندازی کسب و کار ورزشی با درنظرگرفتن نقش میانجی مهارتهای کارآفرینانه است. جامعه آماری پژوهش دانشجویان کارشناسی‌ارشد علوم ورزشی دانشگاههای کشور می‌باشند. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای تعداد 364 نفر از دانشجویان انتخاب شد. برای جمع‌آوری دادهها از چهار پرسشنامه استاندارد جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی، قصد کارآفرینی، مهارت‌های کارآفرینی و خودکامیابی استفاده شد. ببعد از ترجمه و ترجمه‌مجدد پرسشنامه‌ها، برای اطمینان از روایی صوری و محتوایی هر چهار پرسشنامه از نظرات متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی استفاده شد. برای پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها از آزمون ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد و پایایی پرسشنامه‌های جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی 84/0، قصد کارآفرینی 79/0، مهارت‌های کارآفرینی 90/0 و پرسشنامه خودکامیابی 87/0 بدست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از نسخه 20 نرم‌افزار SPSS و Amos انجام شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، مقادیر استخراج شده برای مسیرهای جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه و مهارت‌های کارآفرینانه (57/0)، مهارت‌های کارآفرینانه و قصد کارآفرینی (61/0) معنیدار بودند (p
