With the development of cities, essential information to managing and urban planning are greatlyincreased and complicated. The large Networks of urban facilities, distribution and population density,land- use, and many cases such as this, increase the complexity of the planning in such a way that thereis no option but to use the new GIS data collection and processing into new theories of urban planningand management. In other hand, GIS with its capabilities and abilities to collecting, supplying, salvage,control, processing, analysis, modeling and display the geographic data can be used by managers andplanners, as a power instrument to use the sources and resources in useful way. In this study, samplingwas not required and the total land area of sports has been studied in Saghez area. Present research,according to preliminary data from September 2012 has been initiated. In this study through the AHPmodel and Overlap weights accessed from this method evaluation and choosing of suitable places havebeen done. According to this, suitable places maps were designed and areas and percent’s of suitableplaces extracted in charts model. The final results which earned from this study showed that the most ofsport places in the restricted area have a unsuitable condition, in few cases suitable ,that is because ofthe non-using of new and computerize ways in finding spaces by sport managers up to now.

The purpose of the current research was consideration of the relationship between managers` career self-efficiency and staff organizational commitment with costumers` satisfaction in Kerman province youth and sport general office. Statistical population included 345 managers, staff and youth and sport office of cities and countries managers of Kerman province that because of significance and limited number, in headquarter managers` part 15 persons, in staff and costumers` part based on Morgan table 75 and 150 persons, respectively was chosen randomly for research sample. For access to research purpose Sheerer self-efficacy questionnaire, Allen and Mayer organizational commitment and customer satisfaction self made questionnaire was used. validity of the three questionnaires were confirmed by 15 experts and their reliability were studied in a preliminary study with 30 subjects of experts and calculated as 0.79, 0.87, and 0. 85, respectively. Analysis of the collected data done by descriptive approach and inferential statistics methods, including K-S, single sample t-test, linear regression, multi variable regression, and analysis of the route with help of SPSS software. Results of the research showed that managers` self- efficacy have direct relationship with 0.7 route ratio with staff organizational commitment and also direct relationship with costumers` satisfaction with 0.53 route ratio. Also staff organizational commitment with 0.61 route ratio has direct relationship with costumers` satisfaction. Also managers` career self- efficacy indirectly with 0.96 route ratio and through staff organizational commitment with costumers` satisfaction of youth and sport general office has meaningful relationship.
