Purpose of this study was Design modeling for motivational indicators of sport expenditures (time and money) between citizen.
The research method was qualitative based on the Ground Theory of Strauss and Corbin's approach. The statistical population were 156 people: sports science professors in the national, Azad and Payam Noor universities. managers, assistants, experts in the General Directorate of Sports and Youth and Department of Education, department of the Sports and Youth and finally physical education expert’s teachers of Urmia city. Statistical sample was 28 peoples that selected based on the theoretical saturation. The output of the research was a paradigmatic model of the indicators indicators of sport expenditures that was consisting of causal, pivotal, intervening conditions, strategies and outcomes.
The codes mentioned in the first stage of coding are open coding in several concepts such as: Intra-individual factors: (mental-attitudinal, hygienic-health, cognitive-knowledge and planning-targeting factors), interpersonal factors: (cultural-social and media and advertising factors) and organizational factors (economic, facilities and equipment and finally legal factors). Also in the second stage of coding, pivotal coding was identified with the sport expenditures factors.
Finally, it was found that the results of effective strategies of the present study at three levels of individual, interaction and organizational level, it increases health, creates an active and healthy lifestyle, returns investment and reduces the cost of treatment and finally develops citizens' sports participation

The present study was conducted with the aim of designing a model for the security management process of sporting events. The statistical population of the present study consisted of faculty members of sports management, executive managers, sports experts of the General Directorate of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, heads and experts of boards and all former and current organizers of sports events in West Azerbaijan province in various sports. The size of the statistical population was 196 people and the sample size of the research was selected using the whole number method of 196 people. Convergent validity and divergent validity were used to measure validity through software and Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability were used to measure reliability. In this study, data analysis was performed using SPSS and PLS software. The results of this study showed that 5 criteria of management and planning, technology, organizational interaction and communication, competencies and Personnel credentials and stadium design and construction were identified as effective variables in security management before sporting events. In relation to security management during sporting events 2 factors of crisis management and command and control as effective variables identified in security management during sporting events. In relation to security management after sporting events, three factors of information recording and maintenance, review and analysis, and manpower security were identified as effective variables in security management after sporting events. Finally, suggestions were made based on the results of testing the research hypotheses.

The purpose of this study was the effect of organizational governance on employees innovative behavior in ministry of sports and youth of iran with role modertor trust orgonazition. The research method was descriptive survey and it is one type of apply research. The statistical population included all employees the ministry of sports and youth that their number was 400 people through proportional stratified random sampling, and 230 people were selected as statistical sample. For data collection we used to three questionnaires of innovative behaviour scott and bruce (1994), organizational governance hatamleh (2017), and orgonazition trust paliszkiewicz (2010). For data analyze, we used to structural equation modeling (SEM) and path analysis by the amos24 software. The results of the research showed that there is a positive relationship between organizational governance and innovative behavior. Also, the role of organizational trust moderating variable in the relationship between the dimensions of organizational governance and innovative behavior is confirmed. Therefore, managers of sports organizations, along with the necessary steps to improve organizational governance indicators, should try to make changes in the structure, processes, culture, technology and their strategies, strengthen trust in the organizational space and provide stakeholders with trust in the organization, to cause the updated their employees' innovative behavior.

The aim of present study is to review the current state of maturity in the faculty members of physical education and sports sciences faculties. This is non-experimental and descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of the study included all physical education and sports sciences faculties all around the country in the academic year of 2016-2017. The sample size was estimated to be 161 due to Cochran formula. The sampling method was a complex random probability. The data gathering tool was a standard questionnaire identifying the maturity components of faculty members of Ijtehadi et al (2011), in 5 dimensions and 41 items. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 21, Excel, and AMOS software for descriptive and inferential statistics.The significance level for all analyzes was considered as P It seems that special attention should be paid to research improvement in faculty members' improvement programs.

The aim of this study was to anticipate the vision of organizational sociability components based on servant leadership traits in staff of youth and sports department of West Azarbaijan province.. The method used in this research is descriptive correlation. Statistical population includes all staff of department of youth and sports in west Azarbaijan province (65 persons). To collect data, valid and reliable questionnaire of servant leadership (α=0/97) and organizational socialization (α=0/91) were used. Regarding the normal data distribution multi regression and Pearson correlation tests were used. Findings show that there is a positive and significant correlation between servant leadership characteristics and organizational sociability. Also, multiple regression analysis revealed that some subscales of servant leadership can positively and significantly predict organizational sociability components (P<0/05). Based on the obtained results of this study, it is suggested to the managers and leaders and agents of youth and sports departments and newly established sports organizations to act through servant leadership characteristics in order to improve organizational sociability and to realize their roles as well as organization's role.

Present study was to find the relationship between customer relationship management (CRM) and productivity in Qazvin's sport clubs. This study is a descriptive - correlation study and statistical population included all managers of Qazvin's sport clubs whether private or public, including the 110 club, due to the limited number of statistical population, all members of statistical population were selected as the sample population. In this study two questionnaires to gather the needed information the customer relationship management (CRM) and productivity were used. For data analysis the application of spss v.17 is used and statistical tests used in this study, in addition to the descriptive test, was Pearson correlation and stepwise multiple regression test. Correlation coefficient of two variables, customer relationship management (CRM) and have productivity, also in cases of customer relationship management (CRM) dimensions and productivity shows a significant relationship (p=0/018, r=0/479). Also, using stepwise multiple regression identified variables and the proportion customer relationship management (CRM) Dimensions and predict changes in the productivity of sports clubs is about 34 percent (p=0/001, a=0/01, F=47/11). Based on the results above, it can be said that the sports clubs of customer relationship management at a higher level, they had higher productivity.
