In spite of the effective presence of women in higher educational levels and general qualifications, the existence of an invisible obstacle called the glass ceiling in the country's sports management is very evident. The purpose of this research is Studying the lack of organizational growth of women in sports management levels. The method of the current research is descriptive-analytical and has an applied purpose. Library method and researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect data. The content validity of the questionnaire was calculated by face experts and the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated as 0.88. The statistical population of this research included managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, female vice-presidents of sports federations and boards, and female faculty members specializing in physical education. In this research, the research sample was equal to the population and was determined as a whole number. A total of 250 people were studied as a research sample. To analyze the data, the Kolmogorov Smirnov tests, the comparison of the mean of a population and the Friedman test were used. The results of this research showed that, in general, the managerial development of women's sports in the country has confirmed obstacles, and the most important obstacles affecting the advancement of women in the managerial levels of the country's sports, in order of importance, were; Economic barriers, organizational barriers, cultural barriers, political barriers and social barriers.

The purpose of this study was the environmental analysis of the structure of sports in Iran based on a hierarchical model of sports. Reserch method is of descrietiv-anlytic and applicable in terms of objective. Methods of data collection are included library research, Delphi method and finally a researcher made questionnaire.validity of questionnaire confirmed by experts. Using Cronbach's alpha, the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained as 0.94. The statistical population of the study consisted of staff- and operational managers of the Ministry of Youth and Sport, and heads of federations, experts and managers of sport associations of sport federations,managers of Olympic and para-olympic national Academy and faculty members who are specialists in sports and are informed about the research topic. In this study, the sample was determined as equivalent to the research population and by counting all. Out of 302 questionnaires sent to members of the research population, 238 questionnaires were filled (79 percent). For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential tests including the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, comparison of the mean of the population (one sample t-test), Friedman's analysis of variance and Kruskal-Wallis test (H) were applied. The results showed that professional sports in Iran were in conservative strategy position (WO). The most advantage point of professional sports in Iran is the presence of spectators in sports, while the main drawback is the lack of based teams in the clubs. The most important opportunities of professional sports are theyoung population and the interest and potentiality in sports; whereas the most important threats lays in political misuse of professional sports.

This study has been attempted to investigate job-motivating factors based on job satisfaction (Herzberg model) and sports federation. The method employed in this research was descriptive that was conducted in the field. The population of the study was 22 personnel of sports federation that 136 of these members were selected randomly as the sample. The instruments used in this study are three kinds of questionnaires (personal information, healthy and motivated factors, and job satisfaction). The validity of the motivated factors, and job were 86% and 83%, respectively. It was shown that (H was indicated) an acceptable reliability. After data collection with descriptive method, Kolmograph-Smirnov test, T-independent and Pearson’s correlation coefficient were used to achieve the purpose of this research. Research findings indicate that in motivational factors domain, decision power and in healthy factors domain, interpersonal relationship had a high score, and also the analytical data showed that there was no significant difference between the various scales of job satisfaction as well as federation in relation to motivational and healthy factors with job satisfaction of federation. Finally, it was found that female personnel were more satisfied than male personnel. However, there was no significant difference between motivational and healthy factors among males and females.
