Abstract
This study has been attempted to investigate job-motivating factors based on job satisfaction (Herzberg model) and sports federation. The method employed in this research was descriptive that was conducted in the field. The population of the study was 22 personnel of sports federation that 136 of these members were selected randomly as the sample. The instruments used in this study are three kinds of questionnaires (personal information, healthy and motivated factors, and job satisfaction). The validity of the motivated factors, and job were 86% and 83%, respectively. It was shown that (H was indicated) an acceptable reliability. After data collection with descriptive method, Kolmograph-Smirnov test, T-independent and Pearson’s correlation coefficient were used to achieve the purpose of this research. Research findings indicate that in motivational factors domain, decision power and in healthy factors domain, interpersonal relationship had a high score, and also the analytical data showed that there was no significant difference between the various scales of job satisfaction as well as federation in relation to motivational and healthy factors with job satisfaction of federation. Finally, it was found that female personnel were more satisfied than male personnel. However, there was no significant difference between motivational and healthy factors among males and females.
