The purpose of this study was the influence of selected marketing mix elements on brand equity in sport service. Method research was descriptive - correlational. The statistical population consisted of the Mojhaye Abi center consumers. For sampling, we selected 262 persons. For gathering data, three main questionnaires utilized: Price, Service center image, Advertising and Promotional sales questionnaire (Yoo, Donthu & Lee, 2000) and Brand equity questionnaire (Henseler, Wilson & Westberg, 2011). The validity of questionnaires determined by experts and the reliability were (α = 0.79) for price questionnaire, (α = 0.73) for service center image questionnaire, (α = 0.84) for advertising questionnaire, (α = 0.78) for promotional sales questionnaire and (α = 0.81) for brand equity questionnaire. The stepwise regression results indicated that promotional sales and service center image for selected marketing mix elements did influence on brand equity. Also, the results indicated that price and advertising did not influence on brand equity. According to our results, Sports service centers have to for brand equity creation, their marketing activities are focused more on promoting and image center creation

The aim of this study was comparison and Determination the reasons of purchasing foreign sport products from sport producers, Sellers and Consumers Viewpoints and then ranking the reasons. This research was an applied paper. The statistical population of this study was 16 sport producers, 46 sellers and 360 consumers. Data collection was done by a researcher made questionnaire that contains 52 items and demographic information. Its validity was confirmed by 15 sport management and marketing specialists and experts. The reliability of this questionnaire was estimated by ALPHA CRONBACH 0/70. Data analysis was done by MANN WHITNEY U test and FRIEDMAN test. Based on results there was significant difference between producers and consumers and sellers and consumers but there wasn't significant difference between producers and sellers in the effective factors to purchase foreign sport products. From consumers view point the standards, quality of foreign sport products and weakness informing about Iranian sport products are important priority. From producers view point the standards, more warranty and diversity of foreign sport products are important priority and at last from sellers view point the price of Iranian sport products, wrong culture to buy Iranian sport products and the standards of foreign sport products are important priority

This study has been attempted to investigate job-motivating factors based on job satisfaction (Herzberg model) and sports federation. The method employed in this research was descriptive that was conducted in the field. The population of the study was 22 personnel of sports federation that 136 of these members were selected randomly as the sample. The instruments used in this study are three kinds of questionnaires (personal information, healthy and motivated factors, and job satisfaction). The validity of the motivated factors, and job were 86% and 83%, respectively. It was shown that (H was indicated) an acceptable reliability. After data collection with descriptive method, Kolmograph-Smirnov test, T-independent and Pearson’s correlation coefficient were used to achieve the purpose of this research. Research findings indicate that in motivational factors domain, decision power and in healthy factors domain, interpersonal relationship had a high score, and also the analytical data showed that there was no significant difference between the various scales of job satisfaction as well as federation in relation to motivational and healthy factors with job satisfaction of federation. Finally, it was found that female personnel were more satisfied than male personnel. However, there was no significant difference between motivational and healthy factors among males and females.

The purpose of this research was studying the relationship between Emotional qution, Job satisfaction and organization commitment physical education office staff of Tehran universities. The statistical papulation of the study were included 130 people (114 experts of government universities and 16 experts of non-government universities) samples.
The instrument of the study was questionnaires made by shiring and et all (emotional qution), porters and et all (job satisfaction), Meyer JP, Allen JN. (Organization Commitment).
In this research the use of descriptive Method, also average, standara diviation and inference like pierson correlation and multiple regressions.
There was significant correlation respectively between Emotional qution and Job satisfaction (r=0/3، P≤01/0), Emotional qution and organization commitment (r=0/35 ، P≤0/01), Job satisfaction and organization commitment (r=0/69 ، P≤0/01). Also, there were multiple the relationships between Emotional qution and Job satisfaction, Emotional qution and organization commitment. (F =9/23 ، R2=0/19, P≤ 0/001) and (F=8/05 ، R2=0/17 ،P≤ 0/001).
According to results of tht study it seems authority submission to worthy staff, improving teamworking, workshop to introducing emotional qution and suitable using in workplace, can effectiveness in improving organization commitment in physical education office of universities.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effective barrier factors on participation number of woman teachers of three levels of education about sport activities of Marand in order to introduce suitable solution. The study is descriptive one-correlation typical one and has been done as typical field. The population of research was 491 cases of woman teachers in three educational levels of Marand.The volume of statistical type of this society have 215 persons. The standard barrier factors questionnaire as used with validity which is confirmed by experts and its reliability has been verified and personal information questionnaire. The data analysis has been done by the usage of average descriptive statistical and standard deviation and is the hypothesis research test is used from Spearman correlation coefficient, K-V test and chi-squire. The results of research indicate that there is significant negative relationship between barrier factors and sports participation number of woman teachers, but there is no significant relationship between two small barrier scale (personal, economics and financial) and sports participation. Also there is no significant relationship among woman teachers of three educational levels (primary, guidance and high school) in participation number of sport activities and every one of participation barrier factors one sport activities. Finally there is no considerable relationship among participation numbers on sport activities and age, educational field and degree and also among sport history number, educational field and degree.Generally we can conclude that increasing the barriers to diversity, participation in sports, falls and sports teacher can prevent women from participating. Therefore the authority's attention to reduce the use of targeted programs and policies systematically can provide Women's participation in physical activity and facilitate the development and growth of the community.

Volunteers in sport and recreational organizations are one of the main elements of attendance. The purpose of this study was investigation of volunteers management dimensions in sport for all. The method of this study was descriptive-comparative. The statistical populations were the managers of sport for all federation , experts of administration of physical education and faculty members (N = n= 110). The researcher-made questionnaire consists of 151 questions and 8 dimensions (planning, recruiting, selecting, orientation, training, retention, recognition, evaluation) was used to collecting the data that its content and face validity was confirm by faculty members. Cranach’s Alpha coefficient was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire (α=0.90).The importance of variables was determined with five-point Likert scale. According to K-S test results , ANOVA was used to analyze comparison the view point of selected groups)p≤0/05(. Also Friedman test was used to Prioritizing the view points. Data showed that only the viewpoint of selected groups was different in recruiting dimension and also the view point of them in to Prioritizing was significantly different. Volunteers orientioation has the first rank in view point of 3 groups. At the end, some guidelines were suggested to managers in sport organizations.

The aim of present study was to predict the attitudinal and behavioral outcomes among professional Iranian soccer coaches based on Job Characteristics Model (JCM) perspective. 122 coaches responded to 7-point Likert questionnaire of job characteristics (Jacko, 2004). Results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) showed that there are job characteristics of skill variety (0.66), feedback from job (0.63), autonomy (0.60), specialization (0.55), task identity (0.55), problem solving (0.47), task significant (0.47), and information processing (0.45), respectively among soccer coaches. Results of Path Analysis (PA) for prediction of attitudinal and behavioral outcomes showed that these outcomes mainly created in soccer coaches by criteria psychological states (especially meaningfulness of the work). Thus, it seems that for creating motivational settings in soccer coaches on professional level needs to more stimulation of skill variety, feedback from job and autonomy, because of they gave positive reactions to their variety job and profession aspects of attitudinal and behavioral.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the interaction and coordination between academic circumstance and executive sections of country sport based on analysis documents related to the coordination these two structure. This investigation is a retrospectively analysis of document studies. Of investigation is purposeful and available for documents and functional reported of sport organizations and academic and scientific structure, regulation and organization chart, interviews and archival materials on the topic of the relation between university and sport and collaboration between two structure. The results are analyzed in three parts: the sight of experts in archive source, consistent with the bylaws, and organization chart and reporting the function of organizations in order to interaction and the report of 5-year the faculties of physical education about cooperation with other sport organizations. In addition, structural model for the interaction of these two environments was presented. The results showed the media pundits view, teachers and administrators in sports science center compared with executive managers is more convergence. These findings were consistent with the objectives set out in the regulations unit, an organizational chart in front of the interaction with the environment have not been designed and reported good compliance practices with organizational tasks posts were centers. The reported of the physical education department functions in relation to the collaboration with the department of sport shown to coaching classes, research project, seminars and conferences, workshops, educators and academics working in the two sectors internship - entrepreneurship and publishing as the most important areas of cooperation between the two environments have relatively high volume but probably not good their quality. Generally results indicate a lack of appropriate between academic circumstance and executive sections of country sport have many reasons structural and program. It seems with personalize of university and sport sections, codified legislation base on Cooperation between institutions, Joint research projects and seminars and training field for more cooperation between the two institutions will be provided.

Background: One of the important factors in success of sport teams is the role of coach in the teams. An experienced coach can improve athletes' performance and the team's by his knowledge and experiences. The purpose of this study is compiling of selected criteria for national volleyball coaches in the country.
Method: In this descriptive-measurable study information related to selecting the criteria for the coaches were collected by questionnaires. Then the importance level of each criterion in selection of nation volleyball coaches of the country was examined by gathering the person's ideas. For this purpose 92 people including coaches, managers, elites and players as the respondents participated in the survey.
Results: The results showed that there is no significant relation between groups of coaches, managers, elites and players in the field of technical, managerial, social and personality indexes in the selection of volleyball coaches of the country. Also, there is no significant relation between total respondents' opinions in selection of coaches indexes. Finally, according to the total respondents' opinions, in order of importance, technical, managerial, personality and social indexes are the most important criteria in selection of national volleyball coaches of the country.
Conclusion: According to the respondents' views, managerial, technical, and social indexes are the most important criteria in selection of national volleyball coaches of the country.

The purpose of current study was to identify and prioritize the evaluation indicators of the performance
soccer coaches in Iran premier league from the viewpoint of coaches and soccer players. Statistical
population consisted of all soccer head coaches and coaches (n=72) and Iranian’s soccer players
(n=277) in 10th premier league (2010-2011). Total population was chosen as the sample which, in last,
70 coaches and 197 soccer players, totally 267 persons, participated in this study. The date was
collected using a five Likert-type scale questionnaire include 60 items by a Semi-Structured interview. The validity was confirmed by knowledgeable masters, soccer experts and coaches. The reliability was
calculated by Cronbach’s alpha (α= 0.92). Exploratory factor analysis with a Direct oblimin rotation, ANOVA with repeated measure and Bonferroni post-hoc at P<0.05 significance level were used for data analysis. Based on the result of factor analysis, 57 items were classified into five factors. The most significant factors in evaluating the performance of soccer coaches are Technical & Educational (15 items), Behavioral and Cultural (13 items), Team and Personal Management (11 items), Preservation and Promotion of Team (10 items), and Experience and Background (8 items), respectively. Also, there was a significant difference between the priority of all evaluation factors of coaches' performance (except between Technical & Educational and Behavioral & Cultural) (P≤ 0.05). Finally, sport experts and managers can evaluate the coaches by technical criteria according to the high priority of Technical
& Educational and Behavioral and Cultural factors in this study; and evaluating the behavioral and cultural skills of coaches is important because of their vast communication with soccer players.
