The aim of this study, based on the correlation method, was to identify the relationship between sport motivation and career success rate. The statistical population of this research included 200 employees at General Organization of Education in Kermanshah Province in 2011. The sample scale has been determined by using Cochran formula, 127 of which were selected by simple random sampling and they answered the Pelletier questionnaires of sport motivation and Rudceep questionnaires of career success. The data has been analyzed by using Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis and with stepwise method(spss). The results obtained through Pearson correlation approved a direct and significant relationship between sport motivation and career success rate. Also, there was a direct and significant relationship between intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation and employee’s career success rate. The results obtained through stepwise method showed that the sport motivation explain 0/093 of the variance of employees career success and can predict significantly employees career success rate such that a standard deviation change in sport motivation brings to 0/31 of the standard deviation change in employees career success. Therefore, the directors are advised to enhance sport motivation among employees in order to increase their career success.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between coaches’ power styles and sport commitment of judo players in Tehran clubs. Statistical population was players in Tehran clubs (N=547). 225 athletes were selected randomly as subjects of the study. The data were collected using the Whitesid's (2000) coaches’ power and Scanlan's et al (1996) sport commitment questionnaires. Validity of instruments verified by the experts and their reliability were α=0.840 and α=0.899 respectively. Spearman correlation coefficient, one-sample t-test, Friedman ranking test and Multivariate linear regression was used for analyzing data. Analyzing data showed that coaches’ expert power style was in first rank. Referent, legitimate, reward and coercive power styles were in the next (p<0.05). There is positive significant relationship between all power components of the coaches’ and Judo players’ sport commitment also (p<0.05). Regression analysis showed that coaches’ expert power is a significant predictor for athletes’ sport commitment only (p<0.05). Regarding our results, prioritizing sport commitment dimensions showed that involvement opportunity dimension is the first and commitment, sport enjoyment, personal investment, involvement alternatives and social constraints are in the next ranks. In summary, as coaches’ expert power style showed highest correlation and coercive power style showed least correlation with sport commitment, expert coaches with suited and correct behaviors can enhance athletes’ commitment.

The purpose of this study was designing the consumers’ responses model of sport service to the affective Advertisements. Method research was descriptive - correlational. The statistical population consisted of all the of students University of Tehran. For sampling, we selected 440 students based on stratified random sampling. For gathering data, three main questionnaires utilized: Aad questionnaire (Wells and et al., 1971), Arousal and Pleasure questionnaire (Mehrabian & Russell, 1988) and FI questionnaire (Machleit & Wilson, 1988). The validity of questionnaires determined by experts and the reliability were (α = 0.96) for Aad questionnaire, (α = 0.90) for Arousal questionnaire, (α = 0.93) for Pleasure questionnaire and (α = 0.93) for FI questionnaire. The SEM utilized for analyzing data. In examining relationships between variables, the output of the software EQS 6.1 was representing the structural model fit. (The index rate were NFI = 0.93, CFI = 0.95 & RMSEA = 0.068). It has been shown the appropriate SEM. In other words, the Observed data were similar to study design. The results indicated Aad (β =0.46) and pleasure (β =0.27) on consumer’s FI had the positive direct effect. The arousal (ϒ =0.51) on consumer’s FI had the strong indirect effect as well. According to our results, for creating the positive purchase behaviors among the sport service consumers, the understanding arousal, pleasure and Aad are essential by marketers and managers.

The aim of this research is to examine the relationship of hardiness and achievement motivation with perception of success in Iranian and Iraqi students, participating in intercollegiate matches in Kermanshah. The research methodology was descriptive-correlation and the population comprising 225 people that 144 (84 Iranian student, 60 Iraqi student) of the population were selected through stratified random sampling in proportion to the volume. The measurement instruments of this research were questionnaire of H.S (Kobassa, 1979), Achievement Motivation (Hermance, 1970) and Perception of Success questionnaire (Tresure & Roberts, 1998). To confirm the reliability of the questionnaires, the Cronbach's alpha was used, to this end, a total of 30 questionnaires were distributed among the students. After collecting the questionnaires and analyzing them, Cronbach's alpha coefficient for H.S, A.M and Perception of Success were equal to 0.86, 0.75 and 0.78 respectively. To analyze the data, the descriptive statistics and to test the hypothesis Pierson correlation coefficient and multiple regression were employed. The results showed that there were significant relationship between hardiness and perception of success (P< 0.001) and between Achievement Motivation and perception of success (P< 0.001). Results of regression analysis showed that hardiness explained 50% and achievement motivation explained 43% of variance under variable student’s perception of success. Finally we can say, hard people can control their environment and challenge with the changes in the environment and consider these as success factors and societies without motivation, in spite of good facilities and conditions, have low chance to progress.

The aim of this research was to study the role of socioeconomic conditions in the citizens' motivation for participating in public sports in Mashhad. The present study takes a descriptive, correlative and field approach. The statistical population consisted of the citizens of Mashhad, who were participating in public sports in the city's parks in Summer 2013. Since the population was unlimited, using the random cluster sampling, 4 out of 13 districts, namely Behesht, Ghadir, Koohsangi and Mellat Parks were chosen. Using Morgan table, 384 people were selected and discarding the corrupt questionnaires, of this number 359 questionnaires were analyzed. To gather the data on socioeconomic conditions we used Ghodratnama questionnaire (2012) and for the motivation variable we utilized the Hong questionnaire (2010), which was submitted to 12 sports management professors to confirm the content validity after being translated and localized according to our culture. The tool reliability was gained respectively through the Cronbach's Alpha (α=.83) and (=α.79). In order to analyze the data we used descriptive indicators and statistical tests Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson Correlation and linear multivariate regression were used simultaneously in inferential statistics. The results showed that there was a positive significant relation between the socioeconomic conditions and the citizens' motivation for participation. The most important factors for the participation of citizens in public sports were social class, income rate and parents' education level.
