The Research method is descriptive and type of this research is surveying. The statistic population were384 person of managers, Marketers and seller that chosen by Available method. The questionnaire arrange by researcher based on the Delphi method in 35 questions and 4 dimensions of strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. Data was Analyzed in 7 step by AHA Model and SWOT model. The Finding of the assessment matrix of weaknesses and strengths showed: The final score of strengths is equal (3.78), score of weakness is equal (1.3), score of opportunity is equal (3.11) and score of threat is equal (1.5). Thereby SO strategy has highest score and chosen as best strategy.

Sport activities are useful and valuable for all (especially for women). And the media have a special effect on development of sport culture in society. The aim of this study was to compare between the views of mass media officials and the sport officials regarding media coverage of women sports. The statistical population was sport officials including managers of sport federations and sport associations 61 persons and the number of media executives were 61 persons including officials in charge of news press , sport newspapers, radio and television stations. In this study, the total number of statistical population was equal to the number of sample population. In the quantitative section a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The questionnaire includes four components; championship, public, professional and educational sports with a total of 24 questions. 20 sport officials and 20 media officials confirmed the face and content validity of each question. The validity of the questionnaire was approved as well. In the qualitative part strategies to increase media coverage of women's sport from the perspective of respondents were identified and prioritized which showed that women sport media coverage is less than expected.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to survey the creativity barriers among administration of physical education employees in ministry of education. This research is a descriptive research type and was conducted as a field study. The population and sample included the whole administration of physical education employees in ministry of education(54percent male, 46 percent female , age average 39 ). The data collection was performed with Fifer (1990) Questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and inferential methods such as T test , Aniva and coefficient correlation were used for hypothesis testing. The results showed there was no significant differences between men and women, creativity barriers. They were significantly difference between the abstract and the subjective. Also there were significant differences between individuals barriers to creativity with regard to degree. negative significant correlation was found between confidence and abstract abstraction with employees age and experience. so we strongly recommended these employees usage in administration of physial education.
