The aim of this research was to identify factors affecting the development of Sport for all via the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (I.R.I.B) through a heuristic and qualitative approach. The statistical population consisted of experts and activists in the field of public sport, sport media, authorities and university professors who had worked in the media field. The snowball/chain sampling was used to choose the experts. The instrument in the qualitative part of the study was the interview. The findings of the qualitative part of the study included 45 components, from which 18 components in the cognitive role, 11 components in the normative role, and 4 components were in the regulatory role. Also, 12 components were identified as factors affecting the TV programs production. In this research, through studying the previous literature and theoretical basis of this paper, the author provided a background for next phase of the study. Then, the objectives of study were identified by choosing some main concepts resulted from the studies. Finally, in this research, 33 effective components in three main themes of the study (cognitive, normative and regulatory roles) and 31 components were identified as inhibiting factors. The purpose of the present research was to determine the role of mass media (television, radio and newspapers) on people’s attitude towards sport for all with a focus on physical fitness in the city of Babolsar. The research had a survey design and enjoyed a descriptive method. The population of this research is all the people who regularly and constantly worked in the sport Babolsar stations and estimated the number 2000, with the use of cluster sampling, 220 people were randomly selected as the sample size. The instrument used in this research was a researcher-made questionnaire which had survived the six sports professors’ review for its face validity. Using Cronbach’s alpha, its reliability was found to be r= 0.88, showing the questionnaire’s reliability. used It is inferential and descriptive statistic (the Kolmogorov-Smirnov, the single sample، binominal t-tests and independent- samples t-test) and the research hypotheses were tested at the level of 0.05. The results unveiled that mass media impacted on people’s attitude towards sport for all. the impact was not desirable in which the mean of people’s responses was lower than average level (p≤.50) in most variables. The results showed the extent of this effect is different in men and women and the role of mass media was more in the women’s tendency to the sport for all. Considering the high capacity of media in Iran, people’s attitude towards sport for all can be enhanced by proper planning in television, radio, and newspapers, which will ultimately lead to greater public health.

The aim of this research was to study the role of socioeconomic conditions in the citizens' motivation for participating in public sports in Mashhad. The present study takes a descriptive, correlative and field approach. The statistical population consisted of the citizens of Mashhad, who were participating in public sports in the city's parks in Summer 2013. Since the population was unlimited, using the random cluster sampling, 4 out of 13 districts, namely Behesht, Ghadir, Koohsangi and Mellat Parks were chosen. Using Morgan table, 384 people were selected and discarding the corrupt questionnaires, of this number 359 questionnaires were analyzed. To gather the data on socioeconomic conditions we used Ghodratnama questionnaire (2012) and for the motivation variable we utilized the Hong questionnaire (2010), which was submitted to 12 sports management professors to confirm the content validity after being translated and localized according to our culture. The tool reliability was gained respectively through the Cronbach's Alpha (α=.83) and (=α.79). In order to analyze the data we used descriptive indicators and statistical tests Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson Correlation and linear multivariate regression were used simultaneously in inferential statistics. The results showed that there was a positive significant relation between the socioeconomic conditions and the citizens' motivation for participation. The most important factors for the participation of citizens in public sports were social class, income rate and parents' education level.

Cranach’s Alpha coefficient was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire (α=0.90).The importance of variables was determined with five-point Likert scale. According to K-S test results , ANOVA was used to analyze comparison the view point of selected groups)p≤0/05(. Also Friedman test was used to Prioritizing the view points. Data showed that only the viewpoint of selected groups was different in recruiting dimension and also the view point of them in to Prioritizing was significantly different. Volunteers orientioation has the first rank in view point of 3 groups. At the end, some guidelines were suggested to managers in sport organizations.
