The purpose of this study was to identify the growthchallenges of sport start-up businesses in Iran. The study is an exploration research and is considered as qualitative. The research data were collected through subjective sampling and based on deep semi-structured interviews with experts in this field (all startups managers, science and technology parks, growth centers, university professors, elites in the field of sport entrepreneurship). The number of participants reached 21 using the theoretical saturation index and the findings were analyzed by grounded theory in coding process included three steps: open, axial and selective coding. Findings indicate that categories such as innovation and idea generation, specialist human capital, organizational and individual aspect, and the specialized unit of the country's sports startups as contextual factors and Categories such as structural and governmental, Hard infrastructure, Strategic and environmental factors and Entrepreneurship centers and sports start-up in federations and... as interferer factors were recognized for the growth of start-up sport businesses in Iran. That can help to employment creation, sport development, growth and revival of sport startups and the country's economic sustainable growth under sanction.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to model the relationship between creativity, customer relationship management and customer loyalty management and sports clubs.Methodology: The study was descriptive and correlation. The population was all managers of Isfahans fitness and sport clubs. The number of directors was estimated to be 220. A sample population of 140 randomly selected clusters of the city. The data from questionnaires creativity, customer relationship management and customer loyalty were used. After the face and content validity was confirmed by experts. Through test-retest reliability was calculated for each of three questionnaires (α =0.91, 0.93, 0.89), respectively. In order to compare the results of regression and structural equation modeling was used. All data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL. Results: The results show that path analysis presenting a model of the relationship between creativity managers and customer relationship management with customer loyalty favorable model. Conclusion: Since innovation and creativity, the ability to combine ideas or create continuity between the ideas, therefore, managers must be innovative ways to communicate with customers more loyal customers consider.

The objective of the present study was to identify the relationship of time management with tendency to planning tendency and creativity of managers and employees of the ministry of youth and sports. Methodological surveying is correlation and has taken place in field. Population composed of all experts of the Ministry of sport and youth (90 Managers, 600 employees) that 307 (73 Managers & 234 Employees) persons were determined based on Morgan table. The Time Management Questionnaire (α=0.89), Koein Standard Questionnaire (α=0.81), and Jazni’s Job Creativity Questionnaire (α=0.76) were used as instruments. To classify the results, descriptive statistics, to test the normality of the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and to find the relationships and predict the variables, Pearson correlation and Multiple Regressions were used respectively. According to the results, significant positive relationships were observed between time management and its components and planning tendency. Similarly, significant positive relationships were observed between time management and its components and creativity. Regression results showed that 28% of planning tendency and 44.7% of creativity total variances were associated with components of time management. Based on the results, there were close relationships between time efficiency and planning and time efficiency and creativity. In addition, planning could be considered as one of the most important factors in the process of time management. Work time and personal affairs planning plays an important role in planning tendency and creativity. Moreover, Daily personal activities scheduling is very important in appropriate use of available time during the day.
