Abstract

The general goal of this research was to develop a structural-interpretive model of the role of start-ups in the sports businesses of Kermanshah province,so the present research is mixed method.The statistical population of this research was experts in the field of sports entrepreneurship,in both qualitative and quantitative sections, 12 people were selected as sample.In the qualitative part, data analysis was done using thematic analysis, and in the quantitative part, data analysis was done using structural-interpretive modeling. In order to check the validity and reliability of the results of the qualitative part of the research Guba and Lincoln (1989) criteria were used, and in the quantitative part of the research, face and content validity were used. The results of the qualitative part of the research showed that the role of start-ups in the sports businesses of Kermanshah province has 87 concepts, 16 sub-themes and 5 main themes (increasing attention to the market, improving the quality of products and services, economic growth of sports businesses, increasing foresight and value creation).Also the leveling of the sub-themes of the role of startups in the sports businesses of Kermanshah province showed that level one includes improving the labor market for elites,sustainable employment and supporting domestic products;The second level:increasing investment returns developing sports economy, strategic planning and reducing uncertainty; The third level:customer orientation, improving the quality of sportsand services,differences in products and services and services, increasing competitive advantage and increasing innovation, and the fourth level:needs assessment, market orientation in sports businesses, and strengthening business management.
