The purpose of this study was to design an acceleration model of physical education schools towards fourth generation universities based on Strauss and Corbin model. The research method was qualitative and derived from data (study of articles and documents and purposeful snowball interview) and the use of Delphi method. The statistical population in this study was sports management professors with outstanding executive, scientific and research background. Data collection continued until the theoretical saturation of the data with semi-structured interviews. In order to analyze the data, a systematic method based on the Strauss and Corbin model including three-step open, axial, selective and Delphi coding was used. Coding results in the model, 5 dimensions and 12 variables, causal conditions with two variables (scientific-social responsibility and environmental dynamics and organizational mission), intervention conditions into four variables (reproductive growth centers, information systems, industry relations and Customers and competitors), contextual conditions with two variables (role of government and structure and context), strategies with two variables (top management and leadership, human resources) and consequences with two variables (role of fourth generation physical education faculty and quality Educational and research) identified. According to the research results, the need to use a native model of the fourth generation physical education faculty, to a large extent, the gaps in the commercialization of scientific research of physical education faculties, as the most important feature of the fourth generation university, seems necessary

The purpose of this study was to design a conceptual model of performance management of the Iranian Student Sport Federation. In this applied research, qualitative method with inductive approach through theoretical saturation with experts has been used. Interview data were analyzed using Maxqda12 Software and thematic analysis. In the three stages of descriptive coding, interpretive coding and integration, 365 codes, 107 descriptive themes, and 16 interpretive themes were produced that were eventually integrated into the conceptual model of performance management in the Student Sport Federation. The model consists of three sections: Proponents (enablers), processes, and dimensions (results) that were rated and scored by the focus group method. The reliability of the research was confirmed by various methods. The model created in a template can help federation officials and staff move toward the goals of the federation, and monitor their success or failure in federation programs at any time and demonstrate appropriate response to enhance or improve performance.

The aim of this study was to design the model of individual and organizational factors promoting and inhibiting Career success of woman employees at Sport Organization of Tehran Municipality. The research method was "descriptive-analytical" and statistical population of this research included all female managers working in Sports Organization of Tehran Municipality. In this research, due to the limited population size, the whole population(n=130) was selected as the sample. Data were collected by field method and researcher-made questionnaire concerned with individual and organizational factors to promote and inhibite job success for female employees. Reliability of the questionnaire was 0.892 through using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics such as single sample T, confirmatory factor analysis, standard regression coefficient estimation and structural equation modeling were used. The results showed that individual and organizational factors promoting and inhibiting have a significant effect on the Career success of women employees in Sport Organization of Tehran Municipality(p

The statistical population consisted of the Mojhaye Abi center consumers. For sampling, we selected 262 persons. For gathering data, three main questionnaires utilized: Price, Service center image, Advertising and Promotional sales questionnaire (Yoo, Donthu & Lee, 2000) and Brand equity questionnaire (Henseler, Wilson & Westberg, 2011). The validity of questionnaires determined by experts and the reliability were (α = 0.79) for price questionnaire, (α = 0.73) for service center image questionnaire, (α = 0.84) for advertising questionnaire, (α = 0.78) for promotional sales questionnaire and (α = 0.81) for brand equity questionnaire. The stepwise regression results indicated that promotional sales and service center image for selected marketing mix elements did influence on brand equity.
