The purpose of this article is to validate the football development model of the basic levels of Ardabil province in the general dimension. The research method is of a quantitative type, which was carried out by a survey method, and the statistical population of the present study includes athletes, experts, sports managers and professors, considering that the confirmatory factor analysis method has been used, so the number of necessary samples is proportional to the number of variables. was selected and for each variable at least 5 samples and a total of 230 people were selected and the sampling is random. The data collection tool was also using a questionnaire. The results showed that the average opinions of athletes, experts, sports managers and professors regarding the validity of the model were 4.48 out of 5, which is equal to 89.6%; Therefore, the proposed model has a very high degree of credibility, and based on the validation of the research quality and the model based on the "popularity" index of Strauss and Corbin, the football development model of the basic levels of Ardabil province has good quality and credibility in the general dimension, and also in factor analysis. Confirmation of the goodness of fit indices of the structural model is desirable and has a good fit.
