The purpose of the present study was to Pathology of legal cases arising from sports activities. The current research is a type of applied research and is considered as exploratory research in terms of nature. The current research was a type of mixed research that used Q methodology as the main research method. The statistical population of the research was sports law experts, sports management, sports litigation lawyers, professors and active experts in the field of sports law in Tehran. Theoretical saturation was achieved by interviewing 21 Pundits, experts and specialists. The results showed six mental patterns regarding the injuries of the accident files caused by sports activities were discovered and identified with the aim of Q methodology and the criterion of interpretability of the factors. The six mental patterns that were identified were unethical mental pattern, managerial mental pattern, underwork mental pattern, human power mental pattern, facilities mental pattern and supportive mental pattern. In order to reduce the damages caused by sports activities, it is necessary to take measures to minimize these damages and provide a healthy atmosphere in these environments. By clarifying and creating the field of sports law, creating a sports law publication, raising the awareness of sports litigation lawyers, we can take a small step in this field.

The research method was used in terms of purpose, Applied; and terms of the qualitative performance method, in which the content analysis method was used. The statistical population of the study included successful sports teams and groups in the fields of science, publications, sports tourism, and audio-visual media. The sampling method was purposeful and the research tool was the interview protocol with experts until the theoretical saturation was reached (14 interviews). In total, 15 effective factors in team formation were identified, which were obtained in the form of 6 main categories. These categories include; Shared leadership, team members' expertise, team building, program-oriented vision, financial resource management, are ethical values. According to the research results, the success of the sports team requires having an experienced team, adopting clear strategies as well as financial and managerial resources. Besides, team leaders can help their team grow and develop with accurate targeting and proper management, hiring a skilled workforce.

The method of study was descriptive and correlational in nature whose purpose was to examine the role of nostalgia (last memories) on ski run tourist‘s behavioral intention in Tehran. The statistical population of the study were all ski run tourists who visited this ski run at least 3 times a year. Therefore, due to uncertain population size, Cochrane‘s sample size was used to calculate the sample size (N=197).The data were collected using Heetae Cho questionnaire (2014), content and face validity of which were verified by 8 scholars and its reliability was measured through Cronbach’s coefficient alpha and was (α=0.922) and (α=0.836) for nostalgia and for behavioral intentions respectively. To analyze the data, we employed the Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, Pearson‘s correlation and multiple linear regression with significance level (P≤0.05). The results showed that there was positive and significant relationship between nostalgia and its dimension with tourist’s behavioral intention(r=0.318,P≤0.01). moreover among nostalgia’s dimensions, group identity (Beta=0.464,t=5.414) and socializing (Beta=0.161,t=2.093) were respectively strong predictors of tourist‘s behavioral intention. Intention to evoke last memorable memories through accepting norms and ritual group, connecting and interacting with others among tourists are among the items that sport organization can influence the tourist’s behavioral intention through nostalgia as persuasive instrument.

The current study was aimed to standardize (reliability and validity evaluation) Persian version of customers’ satisfaction questionnaire. The statistical population of the study consisted of all customers of aerobic and bodybuilding clubs in Tehran who had a minimally 6- months record of joining these clubs (N=100000). Using Morgan’ table, 417 customers, through cluster sampling, were selected as the sample of this study. Data were collected through Yi Chin Liu (2008) questionnaire which included the following five factors: club appearance, attendants, convenience, promotion, facilities. The questionnaire scoring system employed Likert 1 to 5 scale (from 1 completely unsatisfied to 5 completely satisfied). Persian version of the questionnaire was verified and subsequently its cultural and conceptual validity was confirmed by specialist professors in sport marketing domain. Reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient (a=0.90). After that, Cronbach's alpha was used as measure of internal consistency, Bartlett's Sphericity test and the KMO index were adopted as measure of sampling adequacy and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used for construct validity of the questionnaire. These analyses were performed by SPSS and Lisrel. The findings related to construct validity were based on T-value and correlation among variables. They showed that all questions had significant relationship with factors and were good estimators of their related factors. Moreover, values of =4.73, RMSEA=0.076, NNFL=0.91, AGFL=0.92 and PGFL=0.95 confirmed statistical model’s goodness of fit. Thus construct validity of data collection measure was in turn confirmed.

The aim of this research was to study the role of socioeconomic conditions in the citizens' motivation for participating in public sports in Mashhad. The present study takes a descriptive, correlative and field approach. The statistical population consisted of the citizens of Mashhad, who were participating in public sports in the city's parks in Summer 2013. Since the population was unlimited, using the random cluster sampling, 4 out of 13 districts, namely Behesht, Ghadir, Koohsangi and Mellat Parks were chosen. Using Morgan table, 384 people were selected and discarding the corrupt questionnaires, of this number 359 questionnaires were analyzed. To gather the data on socioeconomic conditions we used Ghodratnama questionnaire (2012) and for the motivation variable we utilized the Hong questionnaire (2010), which was submitted to 12 sports management professors to confirm the content validity after being translated and localized according to our culture. The tool reliability was gained respectively through the Cronbach's Alpha (α=.83) and (=α.79). In order to analyze the data we used descriptive indicators and statistical tests Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson Correlation and linear multivariate regression were used simultaneously in inferential statistics. The results showed that there was a positive significant relation between the socioeconomic conditions and the citizens' motivation for participation. The most important factors for the participation of citizens in public sports were social class, income rate and parents' education level.
