The purpose of this study was to explore the effective characteristics in the formation of successful sports teams. The research method was used in terms of purpose, Applied; and terms of the qualitative performance method, in which the content analysis method was used. The statistical population of the study included successful sports teams and groups in the fields of science, publications, sports tourism, and audio-visual media. The sampling method was purposeful and the research tool was the interview protocol with experts until the theoretical saturation was reached (14 interviews). In total, 15 effective factors in team formation were identified, which were obtained in the form of 6 main categories. These categories include; Shared leadership, team members' expertise, team building, program-oriented vision, financial resource management, are ethical values. According to the research results, the success of the sports team requires having an experienced team, adopting clear strategies as well as financial and managerial resources. Besides, team leaders can help their team grow and develop with accurate targeting and proper management, hiring a skilled workforce.

Scientometrics is one of the most common methods for scientific evaluations. The use of network analysis approach has been proposed in recent years as a suitable method for visualizing the co-word and co-author networks. The purpose of this study was a network-based analysis of a collection of articles published in the Journal of Applied Research in Sports Management since 2012 (384 articles). Published articles were examined from various aspects such as co-authors network, co-word network, and semantic network of articles. In this study, a proposed method for extracting and preprocessing the data required to illustrate different networks of articles and analyze them was proposed. PHP language was used for crawling and data processing and Python language and Gephi 0.9.2 software were used for network analysis and visualization of different networks. The results of co-word analysis show that in published articles, topics such as education, marketing, and organizational issues in the field of sports management are addressed more than other fields. Also, the clustering of the co-author network showed that the authors of the articles were more inclined to form small scientific groups in the form of universities or research institutes of their respective organizations. The presentation of the thematic map of the articles makes the researchers more aware of the status of the researches and also discovers the thematic gaps of the scientific researches.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the economic factors affecting the success of selected countries participating in the 2019 CISM Competition. The purpose of this study was descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of this study is 117 countries that participated in this competition, from which 15 countries were selected as a statistical sample. Findings showed that the correlation coefficient between the variables is positive and significant. The relationship between unemployment variables and Gini coefficient with performance is significant. But there is no significant relationship between GDP and inflation with performance. The results obtained from regression show that 64.5% of the changes in the dependent variable are explained by independent variables and the remaining 35.5% are related to other factors that were not examined in this test. Also, the findings of the structural equation model showed that unemployment and Gini coefficient have a significant effect on the sporting success of selected countries participating in CISM at the level of (0.01). The results also showed that GDP and inflation do not have a significant effect on the sporting success of selected countries participating in the CIS.

This study was conducted with the aim at investigating the sustainability of sport tourism in Guilan province from the perspective of sport tourists and the host community. The statistical population was all local residents and sport tourists who had traveled to Guilan province (cities of Fooman, Shaft, Lahijan, Talesh). 400 questionnaires were distributed and finally 392 questionnaires were completed. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data and radar models (AMOEBA) and Prescott-Allen barometer of sustainability were used to measure sustainability. The results showed that the level of sustainability of sport tourism in Guilan province in general in terms of the host community and sport tourists in all three components of sustainable development including economic (0.512), social, cultural (0.448) and environmental (0.449), is in the mode of "moderate sustainability" and is far from reaching the state of "sustainability". From the point of view of the host community, the economic dimension (0.493), the socio-cultural dimension (0.434) have moderate sustainability and the environmental dimension (0.386) is unsustainable. In terms of sport tourists, the economic dimension (0.532), socio-cultural dimension (0.463) and environmental dimension (0.513) have moderate sustainability. It is suggested that the officials have practical plans in order for the host community to enjoy the benefits of sport tourism, as well as to protect the natural environment.

purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting brand narcissism in the Iranian sports industry.A qualitative research method based on a descriptive-survey strategy based on the Charmes-based data theory. The statistical population of the study consisted of all sports marketing experts and sports management experts as well as experts in marketing and brand awareness. Twelve individuals were selected for in-depth interviews using targeted and snowball techniques. Descriptive statistical techniques (frequency percentage, hearing formula) and hidden content analysis techniques in the form of phenomenological strategy (open and axial coding) by MAXQDA18 software were used for data analysis.Based on the results, 11 main categories include brand belonging (personal experience, brand fascination, brand loyalty, respect), social factors, brand identity, brand attitude (brand reputation, brand image), celebrities, sponsors , Advertising included (commercial advertising, verbal advertising), brand reputation included (integration with sports, brand nature), ethical and behavioral characteristics included (consumer behavior, biological characteristics, personality traits), brand differentiation with other competitors and agents Media were identified as influencing factors on brand narcissism.Considering these variables will lead to more sales and profit generation companies and more loyal customers, and this reflects the nature of brand narcissism dynamics for strategic vision development.
