تدوین الگوی مفهومی توانمندسازی حرفه‌‌ای مدیران زن در سازمان‌‌های ورزشی

چکیده

توانمندسازی مدیران ورزشی زن بر عملکرد سازمان‌های ورزشی موثر است. هدف از این پژوهش تدوین الگوی مفهومی توانمندسازی حرفه‌ای مدیران زن در سازمان‌های ورزشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دو بخش منابع انسانی (مدیران، اساتید) و منابع اطلاعاتی (کتب، مقالات، اسناد) مرتبط به موضوع پژوهش  و نمونه‌گیری به تعداد قابل کفایت و با روش قضاوتی بر مبنای رسیدن به اشباع نظری (17 نفر) با ابزار پژوهش شامل مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای نظام‌مند و مصاحبه‌های اکتشافی ساختارمند بود. روایی ابزار بر اساس اعتبار حقوقی و علمی نمونه، نظر خبرگان و توافق بین مصححان ارزیابی و تایید گردید. مدل مفهومی شامل سه سطح متوالی از زمینه‌ای، ساختاری- فرایندی و کارکردی (89 مولفه، 22 بُعد و 10 منظر) بود. سطح زمینه‌ای شامل دو منظر مدیریت ملی و محیط ورزش؛ سطح ساختاری- فرایندی نیز شامل پنج منظر راهبردپذیری، ظرفیت‌سازی سیستمی، تامین اطلاعاتی، بسترسازی سازمانی و آماده‌سازی شغلی و سطح کارکردی شامل منظرهای توانمندسازی، حرفه‌ای سازی و نتایج توانمندسازی حرفه‌ای بود. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان گفت سیستم توانمندسازی حرفه‌ای برای مدیران ورزشی زن، جریانی نظام‌مند از عوامل زمینه‌ای تا پیامدی است و پیاده‌سازی آن علیرغم وجود شرایط سازمانی پیچیده، می‌تواند اثر قابل توجهی بر عملکرد و تعمیم عدالت جنسیتی در سازمان‌های ورزشی داشته باشد.
